Load truck accurately and safely for customer deliveries.
Unload truck as needed at customer and/or branch locations.

Responsible for overall preparation, set-up, starting and running injection equipment.

Housekeeping: maintain general housekeeping in all areas of production, including the break rooms and rest rooms.
Raw materials: Be able to define the difference between Vpet, Rpet & HDPE resins. Ability to identify parts safe for grinding and reintroduction to the resin system.
Maintain quality requirements in accordance with company standards; accurately filling out inspection sheets based on overall production quality. Responsible for recognizing and reporting all quality defects immediately.
Ability to work in multiple areas of production with minimal supervision; perform relief duties when required
Ability to troubleshoot minor production equipment issues in all areas and collaborate with maintenance team as necessary.
Understanding of computer systems such as Shotscope, Electirc80, Ignition and others.
Comprehension of line flow and manufacturing process to maximize through put.
Ability to communicate issues clearly and concisely.
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.

* At least 2 years of experience conducting training and assessment with full mission or part-task bridge simulators, or completion of a USCG-accepted Train the Trainer program (IMO model course 6.09), and completion of A-061-0042 VMS Operator Course, A-061-0044 VMS 9 Operator, or an approved equivalent.
* Demonstrated expert-level knowledge of NSS subject areas, NSS Training Requirements Document (TRD), the Surface Ship Navigation Department Organization and Regulations Manual (NAVDORM), standard Navy conning commands, maritime education best practices, and maneuvering characteristics for all ship classes.
* Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly master advanced maritime simulator software and tools.
* Practical understanding of adult learning principles and instructional best practices.

**Responsibilities**
+ Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
+ Perform inspections of steering, suspension, and brake systems.
+ Install batteries and check electrical systems.

**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
+ Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
+ Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services including:
+ Oil changes
+ Basic inspections
+ Repairing tires
+ Reading, writing, and math skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 2 years of automotive repair experience, completion of Vocational-Technical School program in a related field or demonstrated skills via third party certificates/assessment.

Position Summary
The retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) is a unique hybrid role for stores and is intended as a key pipeline for future career-growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care. This role is primarily responsible for serving the customer through assessing needs, recommending appropriate products and/or services, performing entry-level vehicle services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through thorough and timely completion of services.

Responsibilities
Hybrid Role
Customer service, sales, customer issue resolution- 75%.
Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids- 25%.
Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays- as needed basis.
Growth and career development role
* May assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty in certain circumstances or to support development.
