Key Responsibilities: Land Rights & Agreement Support Support the identification, negotiation, and execution of surface use agreements, easements, rights-of-way, access agreements, and temporary construction easements required for Data Center development and expansion. Coordinate land rights activities in support of new site development and expansion of existing sites. Maintain accurate records of land agreements, obligations, and ownership interests. Support renewals, amendments, and ongoing compliance with land agreements.
