SUMMARY
: The Middle School Boys Basketball Coach position is responsible for leading the team in training, instruction, conditioning, and performance. The position provides support and education to athletes in an effort to excel in their given sport in a healthy and safe environment. The position views winning not only as success, but as helping team members reach goals.
The schedule and hours for this position vary and aligns to the NDHSAA schedule. For questions regarding the schedule, please contact the building-level athletic director.

Position Purpose
The Positive Behavior Technician implements behavior support plans using discrete trial training, shaping and chaining, prompting, and differential reinforcement, assisting the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Multi-Tier System of Supports (MTSS) team.
This position starts out at a range of $19.45 to $24.39/hour. Once the required training is completed, the range will go to $22.54 to $28.03/hour.
Responsibilities
1. Student Behavior Management: with specific training in applied behavior analysis, supporting whole group and small group, restorative practices, and trauma-informed practices, works with identified students to increase positive behavior. Priority: Essential Percent of Time: 80% Examples of this work include:
* Implements students' behavior support plans with fidelity inside the students' environments (e.g., classroom, recess, lunch, PE).
* Collects data including frequency, duration, Antecedent-Behavior-Consequence (ABC), and interval data to assist the PBI, MTSS team, and BCBA in developing and adjusting student behavior support plans.

SUMMARY
: The Long-term Substitute Special Education Paraprofessional covers the absence of the Special Education Paraprofessional and will assist teachers at the preschool level within the classroom (Monday-Thursday. The Long-term Special Education Paraprofessional will assist learners with daily instructional and non-instructional activities, providing skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols to learners with disabilities under the supervision of the classroom teacher and special programs principal.

Provides skills instruction and behavior management strategies outlined in learner behavior plans or formal training to learners with disabilities, individually or in small groups, under the supervision of the classroom educator and special educator.
Accurately collects observable behavior data including Antecedent-Behavior-Consequence, count, frequency, duration, latency, inter-response time, event, and interval-based recording.
Constructs, copies and distributes and uses educational materials as instructed by special educator.
Implements learners' positive behavior support plans with fidelity as specified by educators and support staff.
Provides structure by consistently conducting daily lesson plans set up by educator.
Provides supervision (examples: playground, cafeteria, recess, drop off/ pick up, study hall, bus duty) as directed by the building principal and supervisor.
Accompanies learners on field trips to support safety, supervision, and to carry out plans and accommodations to enrich their experience.
Assists in upholding and enforcing school rules and district policies and procedures.
