Location: Greensburg, IN Compensation: $18-$21/hour What You'll Do Safely apply dry and liquid fertilizers and crop protection products following precise agronomic and safety standards. Operate and maintain sprayers, fertilizer spreaders, and trucks to ensure accurate, efficient, and reliable application. Load, unload, and transport materials between facilities and customer sites, following all USDOT and FMCSR regulations. Keep trucks, equipment, and the work area clean, maintained, and ready for daily use. Drive trucks when needed Work closely with the Branch Manager and fellow team members to ensure timely service and excellent customer satisfaction. Support daily operations, helping customers, maintaining grounds, or assisting other facilities when needed. What We're Looking For Solid background in agriculture, equipment operation, truck driving or farming preferred. Working knowledge of basic mechanics; ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance. Comfortable operating manual transmissions, forklifts, loaders, and application rigs. Duties differ, but may include: pouring concrete, carpentry, using power tools, job site clean-up, erecting scaffolding and assisting specialized workers. Key Responsibilities: Assist Superintendent, Foreman, Carpenters, or other tradespeople on-site. Clean up the worksites from debris and machinery. Handle and transport materials, i.e., cement. Handle power tools and materials, i.e., such as saws and drills. Help with setting up and transferring temporary structures, i.e., scaffolding. Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions. Builds forms or structures using bricks, concrete and stone, and the repair of same. Performs other duties as described under Helper. Will be expected to perform miscellaneous duties which may occur from day to day. Position Requirements: Follow verbal and written directions and plans.
