Summary: Primary responsibilities will consist of loading and unloading pumps, hoses, and other pump-related accessories on and off Cogent delivery trucks and third-party freight carriers, as well as working with our rental field install teams to assist in delivery, installation, teardown, and pick up of customer jobs. You will also maintain a clean and orderly rental equipment yard to enable the safe and efficient movement of motorized loading equipment. Training and support will be provided to you in performing the aforementioned responsibilities. Utilize motorized equipment handling machinery to safely load equipment on and off trucks and trailers. Assist in securing load utilizing straps and chains. Ensure yard and loading areas are clear of debris and trash; accessories and equipment are organized and easy to access. Follow all safety processes and procedures and maintain a Safety-First approach when completing daily work tasks. Travels locally as needed to assist with mobilization/demobilization of pump systems on customer job sites. Assists in connecting pipelines, setting pumps, and dismantling applications when the project is complete. All other duties relevant to field service work as assigned.

Innovative Livestock Services, Inc. is seeking qualified Pen Riders for our feed yard located Great Bend, Kansas. This position is responsible for the health, welfare, and movement of livestock in the feedlot. Reports to Cattle Manager. Specific duties include, but not limited to: Review daily agenda for cattle movements. Perform head counts, retrieve cattle from all applicable pens and move to scales and shipping pens. Drives cattle from one area of the yard to another humanely by practicing low stress techniques including the slow movement of cattle. On horseback, ride through pens and/or pastures, inspect cattle and make decisions about pulling animals to be evaluated. Evaluate respiratory observe and recovery pens for re-treatment or movement to home pens. Maintains accurate computer data entry and thorough record keeping. Gather and move strays back to appropriate lots and pens. Rides horse safely through acute awareness of surroundings and exercises caution in dangerous environments.
