Identify and reports any leaks or malfunctioning equipment. Shall stop work: If a leak occurs, or equipment is damaged or malfunctions, if there is a change in conditions, or any new hazard is introduced. Assists in flushing all hydro-blast components. Assists in verifying that all shotguns, foot pedals and or other control devices are operational and safe. Wear and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE.)
