You Have: 3+ years of experience in a professional work environment supporting the DoD 2+ years of experience with logistics policy, supply chain operations, process improvement planning, and project support Experience leading or supporting cross-functional teams in supply chain optimization, risk mitigation, or strategic sourcing initiatives Experience managing the scope, cost, schedule, and implementation of technical solutions Experience using Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with Project Management tools such as Confluence and Jira TS/SCI clearance HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have: Experience with SAFe and Risk Management Experience with action item management or tracking Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly Ability to work cooperatively as a team member Possession of excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills to effectively manage complex client and stakeholder relationships Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills Possession of excellent organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related Technology field PMP Certification Agile Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. We are looking for: Junior SAP FI Specialist Your future role: * Analyse and resolve complex technical issues in SAP S/4HANA (Public Cloud experience is a plus), focusing on SAP FI modules and tailored client solutions. * Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to address and resolve tickets efficiently, ensuring quality outcomes for clients. * Conduct detailed problem analysis to identify root causes and configure SAP systems for effective solutions. * Collaborate with 1st-level support and cross-functional IT teams to deliver timely resolutions. * Build trusted relationships with clients by addressing support topics promptly and professionally. * Monitor and report on ticket trends to identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvement. * Lead and execute minor projects and system changes that meet specific client needs. * Maintain clear documentation of issues, solutions, and project changes to support transparency and knowledge sharing.
