E. Scott Beattie joined Revlon Inc as Vice Chairman in November 2016, following the aquisition by Revlon of Elizabeth Arden in September 2016. Prior to the aquisition, Beattie was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Elizabeth Arden, Inc., Elizabeth Arden is a global prestige beauty products company operating in approximately 120 countries with retail sales in excess of $ 2 billion. In his role at Elizabeth Arden, Mr. Beattie was involved in every element of the company’s expansion and development since 1992. Mr. Beattie’s vision and leadership led Elizabeth Arden through a modern transformation. His focus on product innovation, brand development and global expansion more than doubled the size of the Elizabeth Arden brand since its acquisition in 2001 from Unilever, and its fragrance portfolio expanded to encompass approximately 250 owned and licensed brands. Additionally, Mr. Beattie has been involved in the financing, management and development of a number of private and publicly-traded businesses in the consumer product, financial services, information technology, and retailing sectors. Mr. Beattie served as Chairman of the Personal Care Products Council, and is currently on the Executive Committee of the board of directors. In addition he serves on the Executive Committee of Public Education Needs Civic Involvement in Learning (PENCIL), and the Executive Committee of Ivey School of Business.

In October 2013, Dimitrios Smyrnios was named chief executive officer of Schwan's Company. He is the sixth CEO since the company's founding in 1952. Earlier, Dimitrios began his career with the Frito Lay division of PepsiCo, where he spent eight years in progressive roles with sales and marketing teams. In 1993, he joined Nestle Waters North America in southern California. During his tenure, he had accepted roles of increasing responsibility and eventually was named executive vice president and general manager of the Nestle Waters Home & Office Division and the Retail Division. Later, he served as president of Nestle Dreyer's Ice Cream Division.
