The Field Laborer will primarily be working in heavy industrial locations around the southeastern part of the United States, but travel may be throughout the U.S. General knowledge of worksite safety, painting, coatings and surface preparation is required and experience in the construction trades is a major plus.
Complete surface preparation with SSPC/NACA AMP standards.
Set up containment to protect customer assets on projects.
Pressure wash to remove surface contaminants from surfaces before coatings applications.
Follows and reviews all safety operating protocol outlined by Project Manager, Superintendent, and Foreman on the job.
Requirements
OSHA 10 certification or ability to complete OSHA 10 certification within first week of start date (company paid).

Qualifications

* High School diploma or GED preferred.
* Previous livestock handing helpful.
* Ability to do hard physical labor.
* Strong commitment to teamwork.
* Willingness to shower daily in and out of facility.
* Ability to follow instructions and deal with standardized situations.
* Must be able to work an average 48-hour work week, which can vary frequently.
* Weekend, evening, and holiday work required as needed.
* Must be on call for emergency situations to include but not limit to, power outages or personnel shortages.
* Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
* Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
