Farm Maintenance must be able to perform hands on maintenance. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity working with farm equipment. The Field Laborer will primarily be working in heavy industrial locations around the southeastern part of the United States, but travel may be throughout the U.S. General knowledge of worksite safety, painting, coatings and surface preparation is required and experience in the construction trades is a major plus. Complete surface preparation with SSPC/NACA AMP standards. Set up containment to protect customer assets on projects. Pressure wash to remove surface contaminants from surfaces before coatings applications. Follows and reviews all safety operating protocol outlined by Project Manager, Superintendent, and Foreman on the job.
