This program is designed to train and license you in the world of insurance, preparing you to own your own agency after a year-long sales & training regimen. As a program participant, you will receive training for licensing, hands-on sales and consultation training, and individual lead provisions to jump-start your career. You will be trained and supported by the district office, while mentored by a current Farmers Insurance Agent. Upon completion of the program, you will be eligible to open your own Farmers Insurance Agency, and, as a program graduate, capital requirements will be waived and an initial set of policies may be provided for instant, residual income. In this program, you'll leverage your professional experience to evaluate what AI models produce in your field, assess content related to your field of work, and deliver clear, structured feedback that strengthens the model's understanding of your workplace tasks and language. The Handshake AI opportunity runs year-round, with project opportunities opening periodically across different areas of expertise. Details The position is remote and asynchronous; work independently from wherever you are. The hours are flexible, with no minimum commitment, but most average 5-20 hrs The work includes developing prompts for AI models that reflect your field, and then evaluating responses.
