What Do You Like About Working There?

Potential to earn a very high income coupled with the ability to run and own a business. All while being able to build, grow, better, and teach a particularly designed team, which in turn helps others in their life as well. Show More

What DON'T You Like About Working There?

Very turn key and commodity based selling structure. Competition is vendor driven and revolves around the cheapest price from similar companies (over and over per company’s rate hike/dips), which is far from my belief that a company/business should sell on true value, uniqueness, and core specialties. I prefer quality over quantity with the legions ability to implement the 80/20 rule. Show More

every time I update my resume on common job sites (as a hobby) I get a few inquiries from insurance companies. I've no related skills and a bunch of unrelated skills. Why the *** do you people think I can or should work as an entry level insurance salesman and did you get your job through similarly random process?

I am pretty sure webuy your info from the website you use. Then they call you, sort of what insurance agents do. They buy information from online sources then they call you to offer insurance quotes. To answer your second question as honestly as possible (hope i don't get in trouble) they tell you, you can become and agent but in reality it is very difficult to become one. Hence my previous comment, its true that out of 50 new insurance agents only about 2-3 will make it. They try to bring you in to help the quota of the quarter :( thats as honest as I can be. No I got job differently I was offered the job by the agent directly I wasn't brought in to be agent in the beginning.
