Zurich North America is currently hiring a Service Delivery Manager, and this person will work in a hybrid schedule out of our Schaumburg North America HQ. This person will report to the AV Systems Manager IT: Operational Planning and Execution.
He or she is a technical delivery lead for base Microsoft services, including ensuring core mail and messaging platform, SharePoint, Viva Engage tools, governance, Power Platform, etc. are delivered with quality and reliability.
Objectives:
Manage the technical environment including the change process.
Own M365 user license footprint.
Partner with the Governance team to ensure tools align with the current and future data governance strategy.
Collaborate with ZCC Technical Team to meet day-to-day user needs.
Transition the service from a task-based group to a collaborative business partner.
Build a service catalog and coordinate training as part of a new demand-management strategy.
Responsibilities:
Lead onshore and offshore resources to a collaborative future state that leverages AI.
Create and manage a service catalogue that guides business users to appropriate solutions for standard problems.
Align M365 capabilities (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, etc.) with business goals and IT strategy.
Implement policies for data retention, access control, naming conventions, and lifecycle management to ensure compliance and consistency via Avepoint platform.
Guide offshore partners (ZCC) to deliver professional results from the service catalog.
Partner with Governance and Privacy to ensure we provide the necessary controls within the M365 space to achieve organizational goals at appropriate levels of risk.
Ensure the various legal holds and other requirements are met.
Oversee vendor or internal support teams to maintain uptime, resolve issues, and escalate when needed.
Build training and end user education to help them adopt these collaborative business tools.
Collaborate with Digital Workplace Enablement Lead on a communication strategy for changes.
Organize events for power users/citizen developers that bring talent together to be shared across the organization.
Contribute to ZNA learning opportunities to bring M365 expertise to ZNA colleagues.
Manage M365 License strategy to align with organizational objectives.
Analyze usage patterns to right-size licensing and eliminate waste.
Assess new M365 capabilities for potential ROI and operational efficiency.
Ensure maximal use of licensed M365 features to use Microsoft as primary platform and limit redundant third-party spend.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Application Design and Development area OR
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Application Design and Development area
Preferred Qualifications:
Insurance and financial services background
Experience managing vendor resources and relationships
M365 platform experience managing applications Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, etc..

What You Will Do:
Supervises the day-to-day operations of VNS Health Plans Medical Management clinical and non clinical staff. What You Will Do

What You Will Do
Manages the day to day activities of specialized programs and/or products. Establishes workflows and protocol, assesses effectiveness, and makes recommendations for improvements, as needed.
Acts as liaison for care management teams to ensure the program is meeting expected outcomes; implements changes as necessary.
Initiates, leads, and/or participates in internal and external clinical care conferences. Acts as a resource for care managers in the coordinating care. Assesses, educates, and improves patient/member knowledge of chronic disease, self-care management and identification of changes in health status, including appropriate responses and actions through individualized education and multifaceted interventions.
Reviews VNS Health patient records for cases that were readmitted during an active home care episode. Leads and coordinates the root cause analysis of the readmission event in collaboration with VNS Health operations and helps to develop recommendations for quality improvement measures.
Reviews productivity reports; analyzes trends and key findings in conjunction with management. Implements corrective measures to address any performance or operational issues.
Conducts team audits on a routine basis in accordance with departmental policy.
Assists staff in both in home care and health plans in the navigation of the patient/member, family, physician, and home care team through education, evaluation, and decision making, as needed.
Oversees metric reporting and works with the Business Operations in the creation of weekly departmental KPI reports.
Assists senior leadership with development of VNS Health client outcomes reporting and other analyses of clinical data and VNS Health quality reporting as needed.
Performs all duties inherent in a managerial role. Ensures effective staff training, interviews candidates for employment, evaluates staff performance and conducts annual performance appraisal, and recommends hiring, promotions, salary actions, and terminations, as appropriate
For Care Management Case Rate only:
Troubleshoots and resolves escalated problems that arise within clinical utilization management/case rate operations. Identifies trends and makes recommendations to management to take corrective action to remedy issues.
Oversees clinical utilization to ensure visits are made according to episode utilization guidelines and clinical outcomes best practices. Develops/revises utilization policies and practices based on analysis of past practices to improve utilization.
Collaborates with health plans to design and implement programs for hospital avoidance.
For Advanced Illness only:
Initiates conversations with the home care team/Health Plan regarding the potential need for Advanced Care Illness Planning.
Identifies potential barriers to Hospice and Palliative Care once member/patient agrees to advanced illness care. Follows up with clinical operations to communicate identified barriers and recommended interventions, as appropriate.
Leads huddles with team members to review status and qualifying criteria of cases in workflow; coordinates standard follow-up with both internal and external Hospices for referred cases.
For Specialized Products only:
Works with partners/vendors to ensure devices are set up appropriately in patient/member setting Works with patient/member to troubleshoot basic technical problems with device and escalates technical issues to the Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) team when necessary.
Works with leadership on the implementation and usage of technologies across the care management organization.

What You Will Do
Delivers outreach services to mentally ill individuals in the community, providing in-home mental health intervention to those experiencing or at risk of psychosocial difficulties
Collaborates with another team member to perform psychosocial evaluations and assess mental health service needs of clients and their families through observation and interviewing
Creates and execute short-term service plans for clients in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team
Responds promptly to dispatch calls, traveling from the office to the clients' homes within two hours
Ensures seamless program operations as a vital liaison to community agencies and stepping in for the Program Coordinator as needed
Ensures uninterrupted comprehensive care from counseling and care management to long-term supplemental treatment referrals and follow-up
Prepares case histories and prepares and maintains case records, in accordance with the Program record-keeping mechanism
Encourages resistant clients to accept mental health services through interventions with clients and/or family members and friends concerned with the client's welfare
May provide clinical supervision for Mental Health Technician, graduate Social Worker students or junior staff Social Workers
Qualifications

This position is responsible for quoting and selling insurance policy premiums to incoming sales prospects from advertising ad purchased leads while providing excellent customer service to new and existing customers. We are looking for someone to join our team as a Licensed Inside Sales Representative.
Starting base pay is $25/hour with uncapped bonus plan available to you in addition to your base pay! Average variable compensation is roughly $2,000 per month but can vary and could be up to $5,000. Variable compensation will grow as we expand business in multiple states.
You will assist clients with warm leads to educate, provide quotes and sell any, or all insurance products. This is done by demonstrating advantages of our products, services and benefits while also overcoming objections to purchase.
You must CURRENTLY have an active Property and Casualty Producers License or a Personal Lines License to be considered for this role.
By utilizing your bilingual skills, you will get a 7% shift premium.
