About the Role

Leadership & Strategy

* Workers' Compensation: Own program administration, including claims governance, vendor oversight, case escalation, compliance with state and federal requirements, and continuous improvement of claims outcomes.

Required Qualifications

* OSHA compliance, injury/illness reporting, and regulatory engagement
* 4+ years in people leadership and team management.
* HR or Compliance certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, CCEP).
* Demonstrated experience leading audit remediation, compliance governance initiatives, and control frameworks.

What you'll do

Handle moderate to complex claims independently while managing your workload, from first notice of loss to final closure.
Be expected to work in a vehicle in the field daily while occasionally handling assignments from the desk.

Work with and coordinate a few vendor services such as contractors, emergency repair, cleaning services and various replacement services.

Essential Job Functions:
Conducts multiline loss control surveys of prospects and clients to evaluate operation, exposure, and control information to be used by Underwriting in their decision-making process to write insurance business.
