Potential to earn a very high income coupled with the ability to run and own a business. All while being able to build, grow, better, and teach a particularly designed team, which in turn helps others in their life as well.
Very turn key and commodity based selling structure. Competition is vendor driven and revolves around the cheapest price from similar companies (over and over per company’s rate hike/dips), which is far from my belief that a company/business should sell on true value, uniqueness, and core specialties. I prefer quality over quantity with the legions ability to implement the 80/20 rule.
The freedom that being an insurance agent affords
Being held captive to noncompetitive rates, and substandard technological platforms
Running my own business
Learn a lot and self-development
Time-lagged and should increase the efficiency
