Job Purpose:

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Is knowledgeable about the FMAC and other secondary investors' underwriting requirements, working with tax returns and verification of employment, the lien process including reading the title process and reading a credit report.
* Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
