The Opportunity
The Part-Time Associate reports to the Store Manager and performs management-assigned duties, which may include but may not be limited to receiving inventory, stocking and maintaining a store section, operating a cash register, carry-out services and store cleaning.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
* Maintain a store section as assigned and may order, receive and stock merchandise using proper equipment, assures proper pricing on merchandise, checks product date codes to validate proper rotation, stocks shelves, end displays, floor stacks, displays and refrigerated/frozen cases. May prepare perishable products for sale. Sets up advertising/promotional displays. Reviews invoices/bills for accuracy.

About the Role
The Construction Assistant Superintendent is responsible for assisting the Lead Construction Superintendent in overseeing and managing all aspects of residential construction projects from start to finish.
This role ensures that each project is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Construction Assistant Superintendent serves as the secondary on-site leader, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and promptly address any issues.
They are tasked with assisting the Lead Construction Superintendent with enforcing compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies. Qualifications
Duties and Responsibilities
Support the Lead Superintendent in planning, scheduling, and supervising all phases of homebuilding projects.

OSHA 30-hour safety certification or equivalent safety training.
Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of completing large-scale residential projects.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively manage client relationships and subcontractor coordination.
Bilingual a plus.

Clean and Sanitize assigned areas of the factory as part of the Master Sanitation schedule. Equipment carts and foamers need to be clean and organized. Chemical jugs need to be emptied and placed on the storage shelves.
Maintain the production floor & drain brushes properly. Adhere to the factory color code policy.
Ensure the plastic, trash, paper towel pieces, cardboard and other miscellaneous items are disposed of in their proper bins. Production floors must be maintained throughout each shift.
Empty aerosol can dispensers as needed in their appropriate locations.
Adhere to drain cleaning schedule as it applies to the Master Sanitation program. Proper PPE must be worn at all times. Includes multiple areas throughout the factory.
Maintain the paper towel dispensers at all times, especially at the production floor entrances. Ensure the hand sanitizers get replenished when empty.
Remove any damaged equipment/items from the factory floor and dispose of them in appropriate location.
Apply chemical sanitizer inside the factory. Includes multiple areas throughout the factory.
Trained and qualified in factory CIP cleaning procedures and policies. Required to work with Production and Quality departments in addressing environmental issues throughout the factory.
Ensures that unauthorized associates do not tamper with the chemicals in the chemical room or attempt to dispense chemicals manually.
Maintain the Cafeteria area clean. This includes wiping down tables, throwing out trashes, sweeping/mopping the floors and cleaning the microwave and sink areas.

Disposes of empty containers appropriately when using liquid cleaning chemicals and granular type cleaners. Containers must be triple-rinsed.
Disposes of waste appropriately, after approval from Safety, Health and Environmental team. Recycles materials when possible.
Avoids allowing chemical residue to flow down to the floor drains.
Contacts Dreyer's Environmental Personnel or Facilities team when there is a chemical spill to assist in the immediate cleanup of the spill.
Understands all environmental, safety, and hazard (HAZCOM) aspects of the position and follows standard procedures related to these as outlined on the SHE sheet.

JOB SUMMARY: Under direct supervision: Provides quality service to customers. Promotes sales of Bank services and products.
Required to travel to other branches as assigned by the region.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Customer Service
Deliver 5 points of service to external customers. (Your Community Banker, Sundown Rule, It's your time, 24hrs or bust, Statement of fact, Everybody makes a difference)
Adhere to QIS standards.
Actively contributes to team success through clear, effective communication with co-workers.
Sales Referrals
Promote sales of bank's services. Meet goal of $110/FTE per month on average.
Cross sells appropriate products and services to clients and prospects.
Contributes to Key Initiatives.
At the direction of the CSM, may place outbound sales and service calls to customers and prospects.
Teller Standards and Work Habits
Meet established standards for accuracy and compliance, while adhering to policies and procedures.
Un-located cash differences, operating losses, and BSA errors (see attached Teller Standards) to be within established limits.
Adhere to Control Consciousness policies and procedures.
Follow branch security procedures in opening, closing, and branch operations.
Under the direction of the CSM, provides support with daily operational tasks. Assigned tasks may include processing Branch Capture, certifications, assisting with cash shipments as well as balancing the ATM and Vault.
Meet attendance guidelines.
Sound Decision Making
Exercise good judgment and common sense in protecting Bank assets while providing excellent customer service.
Responds well to constructive feedback and works to correct any noted concerns.

Answer regulatory questions correctly during Audit/Branch Review
PROMOTIONAL GUIDELINES:
Tellers are eligible for promotion based upon the following minimum criteria:
Must be in current position for six months.
Performance and minimum referral criteria must be met at least four times during the previous six-month period (refer to the “Minimum Monthly Referrals” matrix in Chapter 18 of the Operations Manual for current referral criteria.
Must not have been on counseling for same six-month period.
Performance appraisal does not contain a “below expectation” and/or “needs improvement” in any rated category.
CSM may require additional training/classes based upon specific branch need.
Work Environment:
The work environment described here is representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of the job. Identify best approach to obtain additional data from customer when there appears to be questions about the legitimacy of their requested transaction.
