DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of park facilities and grounds. Your duties will include excavating holes and ditches using hand tools, loading trucks with materials such as sand, gravel, and waste using a hand shovel, and removing trees and brush with tools like saws, axes, or chainsaws. Additionally, you will be tasked with mowing and trimming grass using power mowers, small riding tractors, powered line trimmers, power edgers, or hand tools. Maintaining cleanliness in restrooms, washhouses, and other park buildings will also be part of your responsibilities. In winter, you will clear snow from walkways and roads using hand tools, snow blowers, or small tractors. You will assist skilled tradespeople in their work, providing support as needed, and perform minor repairs on various structures and facilities utilizing tools from carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and other building trades. Operating and maintaining general park equipment, including tractors, pumps, compressors, chainsaws, and generators, will be essential to your role. You will also drive a truck to transport personnel and materials to job sites, assist in various tasks, and help maintain the buildings and grounds by painting structures and equipment with rollers, brushes, or power sprayers. Additional responsibilities will include repairing screens, windows, and doors, performing landscaping work, and cutting and splitting firewood, along with any other duties as required. This individual will also oversee quality control measures within the greenhouse to ensure the highest quality products and highest standards of compliance are met, while keeping a keen eye on cleanliness and efficiency of the production area. CORE JOB DUTIES Agent Support and Management: Responsible for overseeing cultivation staff, schedules, cultivation processes, and inventory. Serves as a role model and resource for cultivation staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations. Responds to all gardener questions, concerns, or suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts. Responsible for delegating tasks to gardeners and harvest technicians in order to maintain a compliant and clean cultivation facility. Coordinates with Garden leadership to ensure accurate information is communicated to the cultivation staff. Cultivation Operation Management: Oversees all cultivation tasks and processes, ensures proper documentation of all applicable activities in accordance with the State and standards set by Cresco Labs. Responsible for measuring and mixing nutrient and plant applications and applying these mixtures according to Cresco Labs policy. Ensure plant health by pruning, toping, trimming, analyzing plant health according to Cresco Labs policy, as well as any other tasks required. Maintain rotation of strains through garden to ensure variety and quantity for cultivation facility. Reports and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all cultivation activities including inventory records, crop application records, materials receipt, returns, etc. in accordance with the State and standards set by Cresco Labs. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS Demonstrated experience training, leading and/or mentoring junior staff or new hires preferred. Demonstrated experience overseeing a large-scale agriculture facility preferred. Two years' experience within a production facility, regulated field highly preferred. Or, any satisfactory combination of experience and training which clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the above-described duties. Effective time-management, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task Advanced knowledge of plant cultivation and cultivation facility operations Computer literacy in word processing, point-of-sale systems, and data base management Knowledge of medical cannabis policy and law Ability to perform the job duties in climates of varying weather conditions.     Essential Job Functions * Demonstrates competency in Laboratory Information System (LIS) functions by accurately placing orders, monitor various reports to track specimen and/or results, responding to system errors, and correctly look up test codes, collection info, and physician demographics. * Follow standard precautions when performing venous or capillary phlebotomy. * Assure the correct identification of patient and specimen by using two identifiers. * Follow specific written department protocols for blood collection and post-venipuncture care. * Respond to pages within an acceptable time frame and based on appropriate prioritization. * Demonstrate minimal redraws and performs in compliance with redraw policy. * Maintain acceptable blood culture contamination rate of * Assist or perform specimen procurement techniques as required. * Assist with urine drug screen collections and collections for legal alcohols, following established protocol. * Perform nasal and throat swab collections. * Receive and process laboratory orders, document receipt of specimens, and assess basic specimen appropriateness. * Process orders and patients appropriately during downtime to ensure progression to testing. * Interact effectively with healthcare providers, co-workers, and patients to represent the department and to obtain and exchange information needed to expedite quality laboratory services. * Assure that telephones are answered with professional etiquette and manage calls to keep hold time and transfers to a minimum. * Remain current with changes in department protocols to communicate accurate information. * Deliver specimens to laboratory in a timely manner, packaging samples to ensure safe transport. * Fill supply orders and send supplies to floors as needed. * Monitor collection lists and unreceived lists. * Maintain operational readiness to provide prompt response to service requests. * Inventories and rotate stock to limit unnecessary waste, monitor phlebotomy basket for outdated inventory. * Perform scanning and indexing of patient orders at time of registration. * Ready samples for transport, including all computer work required, i.e. click and pack, tracking, etc. * Operate hospital vehicles in compliance with all regulations, ensuring safe and efficient travel between collection sites. * Participate in the phlebotomy competency and validation of new employees, RN's and technical partners. * Other duties as assigned. Competency and Experience [Knowledge, Skills and Abilities] Required Qualifications/Experience * High School Diploma, GED or next level of higher education. * Completion of Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant Training Program or six (6) months experience performing phlebotomy. * Knowledge of coding, basic math, and payer/insurance benefits is preferred. * Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and general office related equipment, such as a fax or copier is preferred. * Medical terminology and specimen knowledge and laboratory information system experience preferred.
