What You Will Do
The Pick and Pack Associate is the heart of Farmstead, ensuring that customer orders are picked and packed accurately and on-time in our fulfillment centers. You are the last stop to ensure only the highest quality produce, dairy, meat, and grocery items arrive at their doorstep. Once packing is complete, you'll stage each order for the delivery team. Farmstead customers rely on their orders from week to week, and for many, receiving that box of fresh groceries brings feelings of joy, relief, and inspiration. The Pick and Pack Associate has a critical role to play in promoting an exceptional customer experience.

California Autism Center seeks a high-level behavior technician to join our Visalia team as a Clinical Supervisor. Under a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) supervision, Clinical Supervisor's assist with designing and implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment programs for individuals on the autism spectrum. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the following:
The supervision of a treatment team of technicians in initiating and maintaining ABA programs.
Supervise the treatment team assigned to each client's case to ensure we provide quality services and follow all behavior protocols.
Conducting functional behavioral assessments, skill assessments, and generating related behavior and skill acquisition plans while ensuring the effective implementation of all therapy plans for clients.
Supports the writing of clinical reports to funding agencies and other high-level supervision requirements as appropriate and necessary based on the client's service contract.
Ensures the effective implementation of all therapy plans, including behavior intervention plan (BIP)
Meeting with parents/caregivers monthly to provide parent training with (without) the client present and review their child's progress.
