Under a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) supervision, Clinical Supervisor's assist with designing and implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment programs for individuals on the autism spectrum. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the following: The supervision of a treatment team of technicians in initiating and maintaining ABA programs. Supervise the treatment team assigned to each client's case to ensure we provide quality services and follow all behavior protocols. Conducting functional behavioral assessments, skill assessments, and generating related behavior and skill acquisition plans while ensuring the effective implementation of all therapy plans for clients.
