Assist with the planning, design and permitting of landscape architecture, civil engineering, land development and planning projects
Prepare site work cost estimates and zoning analyses
Determine the feasibility of projects based on the analysis of collected data
Write and review draft reports, including feasibility studies, proposals and technical specifications
Plan, schedule and develop task and project budgets
Prepare progress reports and draft change orders
Perform and manage multiple projects and tasks within specific budgets, schedules, and deadlines; minimize write-offs by keeping projects on budget
Specific Requirements include:
Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program
Professional Landscape Architect (PLA)
8+ years of related professional experience
LEED AP or similar sustainable accreditation preferred
ISA Certified Arborist a plus
Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment
Capability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision required
Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills required
