Recent "hands-on-keys" experience with Google and Bing Ads is required. Google and Bing certifications are a bonus. Proficiency in structured data analysis and advanced Excel skills. Proven experience with experimentation design, landing page optimization (LPO), and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights clearly to internal stakeholders. Experience managing SEM for SMB and/or consumer-focused brands, particularly in the legal or services industry, is a plus. The national range for this role is $84,400 - $135,000 annual base salary. Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors, including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs.
