Job Description AECOM has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Transportation Delivery Manager to join the Enterprise Capabilities Digital team at AECOM. This position offers the flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement to include a combination of in-office and remote work schedules and can be based from any location where AECOM has an office. Job Summary: The Transportation Digital Delivery Manager will be the primary technical contact for the delivery of major transport projects across Enterprise Capabilities (EC) Digital. This will include all Enterprise Critical Pursuits and Tier 2 projects that EC Digital take on. As AECOM moves to standardize how our largest projects are delivered, this role will take on various responsibilities, such as determining project delivery strategy for all transport projects through to development and implementation of technical processes and standards. The Transportation Digital Delivery Manager will be joined by other Global Business Line specific digital implementation leads that will form part of the wider Delivery Planning and Assurance team (DPA) in EC Digital. Key Responsibilities: * Determining the technology stack to be used to deliver projects, from the standardized Cornerstone tool sets * Determining project data standard requirements to be implemented on projects * Outlining the digital production processes to be used by project delivery teams * Working with Planning to identify suitable resources and outline project programs * Working with Assurance to proactively monitor projects during delivery, to ensure they continuously meet all quality metrics * Enabling EC Digital's Delivery Service and the wider organization to successfully adopt project execution standard * Collaborating with all other digital implementation leads and the wider DPA team to continuously improve our standardized delivery approach for major projects What We Are Looking For To be successful in this critical role, you will need to have significant experience of delivering large, complex transport projects. You will have a sound technical understanding of various technologies used to deliver such projects, as well as common delivery standards and processes. You will also be capable of acting a leader in this field, comfortable with simultaneously influencing project teams to take up the standardized project delivery approach whilst also influencing up the way to senior digital leadership in the organization. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years' experience working on delivery of large, complex transportation projects or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership 5 years working in a digital leadership role in a large engineering organization Thorough understanding of Industry-standard platforms (Autodesk, Bentley, GIS platforms). Thorough understanding of industry standard project delivery authoring technologies and their application to engineering design and/or construction. Essential Duties/Daily Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day department operations Responsible for Team Staffing: Analysis of current staff, new hires, and staffing needs Oversee and monitor the volume for court results for all states - including assigning volumes and territories to each individual representative Developing goals and KPI's for team members Oversee and review the team's progress with daily lists (Stoplight) Oversee the Teams Control Environment including reviewing reports and ensuring owners of reports are utilizing them and escalating issues identified Reporting any defects and developing root cause analysis Responding to all audit deliverables, findings, or inquiries related to Court Results Policies and Procedures: Be well versed on all processes and procedures and responsible for maintaining or drafting the Court Results Work Standards Training and coaching team members on compliance and firm process flows Oversee volume of assigned work going to vendors and ensure alignment with procedures and production numbers Responsible for staff reviews and performance improvement plans Review and approve employee punch times, request offs, and overtime requests Work with attorneys to discuss changes to forms, documentation or procedures Maintain strong working relationships with all state managing attorneys to ensure processes align with civil procedure in all states Audit the court results process for all states to ensure procedures and timelines are followed Propose improvements on policies to management Maintain and update training guides Help with other projects on an as-needed basis Weekly/Monthly Responsibilities: Participate in weekly meetings to roll up volume, performance, issues, defects, process update requests and highlight team achievements Ensuring control reports and defects are documented timely and issues are solved promptly Review processes and procedures that the team is doing to identify gaps and areas of opportunity for efficiencies and improvement Monthly capacity planning and KPI analysis sent to Director What We Offer: Blitt and Gaines, P.C. offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including: Competitive base pay Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance Short-Term Disability 401(k) retirement plan Profit sharing Professional growth and advancement opportunities Salary Description $55,000 - $80,000

About the Role/Specialty If you join our team as a Language Manager, you'll bring your linguistic and cultural knowledge to all aspects of localisation, ensuring our international users have the best possible Canva experience. You'll be the creative hub for all content in Italian and help advise on Canva's branding in that market. What you'll do * Working with the Country Localisation Lead to create Canva's voice across all parts of the Canva product in Italian. * Translating key content and managing the relationship with our localisation partners for Italian * Developing/updating a style guide and glossary * Reviewing and evaluating translations * Providing cultural insights and guidance * Identifying key opportunities for localisation improvements in Italian * Reviewing vendor translations * Assessing and sourcing new LSPs * Answering linguistic questions * Triaging results of scripted testing After 6 months you will have established relationships with key stakeholders in marketing, subscriptions, content and localisation that will allow you to deploy your local expertise. You'll have created processes and channels for communicating best practices and completing internal requests such as copy-writing, content review, and translation guidelines. What we're looking for You're a natural at writing clear, fun, and engaging content. You're passionate about languages and cultures and you understand how these can impact people's experience of a product. Above all else, you understand what our customers in Italy need in order to be able to understand and use Canva. We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, with a strong bias towards action and ownership. The team in Italy is small and there will be lots of opportunities to contribute beyond the scope of this specific role, so we value energy and adaptability over specific experience or years of experience.
