Farnsworth Group is seeking a Water Resources Engineer - H&H Modeler in one of the below posting locations. In this role, you will be focused on technical modeling, mentoring younger staff on modeling techniques, and providing QA/QC. Posting Locations for this role: Champaign, Lisle, or Tinley Park, IL Job Activities: Develop hydrologic, hydraulic, and 2D models in HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, EPA-SWMM, PC SWMM, and lnfo Works ICM for existing and proposed conditions Prepare inundation maps and exhibits from models Prepare reports and presentations to clients and permit reviewers in support of project objectives and deliverables Mentor and direct junior staff on modeling tasks, analysis, and deliverables Conduct floodplain and riverine studies, urban storm sewer system analysis, and master planning modeling efforts.
