Wage: $19.50 to $22.50
Purpose of the Position: Administrative support for sales and field operations of Construction related business. Provide both internal and external customer service and process data to provide key operational reports. Construction experience preferred.
Major Duties:
Data input of daily field weight and hours for production reporting; generate and distribute resulting daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Set up files and folders for new Contracts. Routine filing and updating of contract files.
Generate Purchase Orders and Maintain PO Log for supplies and expense as directed by supervisor and field personnel.
Generate Buyout Purchase Orders and track against contract purchases.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Office and Construction experience preferred
Must be proficient with Excel spreadsheets, database, and other related software.
10 Key and data entry, speed and accuracy is required
Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Ability to communicate effectively via email, orally and in writing.
Ability to multi-task and handle workloads of varying volume.
Cross train in office positions as backup to other departments / divisions.
Order miscellaneous office and field supplies.
Keyboarding and Data Entry in Microsoft Office Programs.
Printing and distributing Contract drawings as required.

Purpose of the Position:
Provide leadership and guidance to Contracting Division including oversight of contracts, personnel, safe work practices, business metrics, and business development for the purpose of achieving Corporate and Divisional goals. Additionally, the manager is responsible for assisting in defining and implementing work strategies to ensure profitability.
Major Duties:
1.Sales: Provide supervision/oversight to sales/estimating personnel. Research bid projects, track awards, and set pricing strategies. Review and report on sales successes as well as missed opportunities.
2. Operations: Provide supervision/oversight to field installation personnel. Collaborate with Field Superintendents for the purpose of ensuring proper field labor production staffing levels, work quality and performance of personnel. Review and maintain accurate production reports, field training records, and provide for team meetings as appropriate. Oversee and maintain safety policy and records.
3. Administration: Review and maintain Master Contract Agreements, Subcontractor agreements, and specific project contracts. Direct the appropriate personnel as needed to comply with the same.
4. Contract Management: Manage contract issues and intervene as appropriate between customers and sub-contractors on behalf of FSC.
5. Business Metrics: Review and maintain appropriate records to track and report project performance. Provide managerial review of financial reports for FSC. Develop/maintain appropriate metrics to measure the success, expenses and profitability of the Division.
6. Market Forecasting: Analyze the construction markets through trade publications and customer contact. Build market strategies based on FSC goals, customer needs, and availability of resources.
Minor or Incidental Duties Must be Performed:
1. Frequent travel within market area and to required trade association events.
2. Financial review and assessments.
3. Business report writing including Strategic Development and Pro Forma analysis.
4. Lead and direct meetings involving personnel, vendors, and customers.
5. Communicate with and motivate subordinates to success of strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required, College Degree in related field preferred.
Must have supervisory experience managing a diverse workforce.
Even temperament with the ability to work successfully in high pressure and quickly changing situations.
Accounting basics and principles required as well as strong application of financial and budgetary management skills.
In depth understanding of general construction practices and/or installation.
Preference given to candidate with experience and understanding of Lean Principles in production processes.

The Role:

1. Review blue prints and job specifications with supervisor. Learn to set-up welder current, amperage, and gas flows to the prescribed settings for material being welded.
2. Develop skills required to set up parts that are tacked or fixtured for welding.
3. Weld components together meeting AWS D1.1 standards or greater.
4. Check dimensions and tolerances after welding and cooling. Use industries standard methods to straighten, ream, and debur as required.
5. Provide technical direction and support to welder trainees.
6. Participate in insuring a safe work environment through best practices including promoting of all company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, maintenance of a 5S work station.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Must be reliable, on time and ready to work daily.
Must be able to read and interpret blue prints and welding, engineering and material specifications.
Must be proficient in MIG, FCAW and tack welding, and standard metal working tools.

You'll serve as the face of Rehrig Pacific in the field, providing exceptional on-site service and support to our customers, while collaborating closely with our Quality, Procurement, and New Product Development teams to drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
Onsite Customer Support
Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on assigned equipment.
Support customer fleet check-ins and warranty service requests.
Deliver exceptional, professional customer service at every interaction.
Assist with VOR installations and technology implementations.
Partner with the Implementation & Service Team on retrofit or replacement projects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Complete service reports and documentation for billing and warranty processes.
Maintain safety stock inventory and coordinate replenishment with the purchasing team.
Provide field insights and feedback to help improve product performance and installation processes.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Maintenance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Material Handling Field Service Technician (preferred).
Solid understanding of electrical and hydraulic schematics.
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to learn new products quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong accountability and multitasking skills; able to manage multiple projects at once.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and travel approximately 70% of the time (company vehicle provided).
