Required Qualifications: Experience: 10+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, with at least 4+ years in a leadership or management role. AdTech Expertise: Deep understanding of the AdTech landscape (DSP, SSP, Programmatic) or experience designing for similarly complex B2B enterprise platforms/SaaS is highly preferred. Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating expert capability in user-centered design processes, complex problem-solving, and shipping high-quality products. Leadership: Proven track record of building and managing high-performing design teams. You are a "player-coach" who can lead by example while empowering others. Technical Proficiency: Mastery of modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe CS, etc.) and a solid understanding of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS/React) to communicate effectively with engineers.
