You Will:
  • Lead design projects including the production of weekly circular email campaigns, tradeshow advertising, and design product packaging.
  • Meet with the Sales Manager to discuss sales reports and customer feedback.
  • Manage design and develop digital and physical assets, creating assets including storyboards/look-books that enable customers to “feel” and connect with products.
  • Research latest fashion trends and collaborate with Sales to create tailored sales pitch assets and quarterly purchasing storyboards.
  • Create and deliver clean formatted designs in Illustrator or Indesign.
  • Provide general support to the Advertising and Marketing function.

You Should Have:
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong foundational graphic and visual design skills, with an emphasis on layout, color, type, and design systems.
  • 1-3 years of graphic design experience preferably in retail and/or eCommerce-based environments.
  • Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a must.
  • Knowledge and appreciation of the retail fashion space, and a strong sense of fashion accessories for all age groups.
  • Knowledge of textile and material names and characteristics.
  • Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, a go-getter mentality, and a collaborative spirit.
  • A detail-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheet or Excel is a plus.
  • UI Design or App/Website Development is a plus.
  • Fluency in Chinese or Spanish is a plus.
