ROLE OVERVIEW
The Video Editor, Social Media will edit content for posting on social media platforms that will provide engaging content for our target audiences. You will collaborate across the Creative Services department to include graphic design and copywriting.
Our Video Editor, Social Media will be tasked with taking the raw footage and turning it into the final product. This means following an outline, script or shot list and assembling the footage into one cohesive video or film. Often in video and film work, there are many camera angles and takes recorded. It your responsibility to review all the footage and create the best output by cutting and connecting various footage, adding sound effects and graphics, and fine-tuning the completed video or film.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of three years of experience in editing videos for social media and creating engaging, short-form content preferred
A portfolio of short-form edits that shows your feel for pacing, storytelling, and virality.
Expertise in editing software (Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, or comparable tools).
A strong grasp of social-first storytelling-knowing what hooks audiences vs. what gets scrolled past.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Photographer will work with a team of other Photographers, Makeup Artists, and Stylists to shoot high volume, on-model product, off-model still-life product, and lifestyle/content. You will shoot across a variety of categories and will dictate studio and location lighting, post-processing, and camera technology necessary to bring amazing quality content to our customers across the brand.

Reporting to the Postproduction Manager, the Photo Retoucher is responsible for editing a high volume of eCommerce product images, shot daily in our photo studio. ROLE OVERVIEW
The Associate Planner supports the Merchandise Planning Team, while maximizing the financial plan of our business by respecting the category & brand objectives and direction. RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Merchandise Planning Team in building dashboards to forecast and to define the new KPIs (BUY, SALES, INVENTORY, MARGIN, AVERAGE RETAIL PRICE, AVERAGE WHOLESALE PRICE, AVERAGE COST)
Work closely with other departments to align on seasonal strategy with a direct impact on sales and margin

The Sample Receiving & Hanging Associate is responsible for efficient and accurate receiving, inspecting, labeling, and hanging of product samples, also supports cross-functional teams by sorting, tagging, and preparing merchandise for use in other departments. This role ensures all incoming samples are handled according to internal SOPs to support the product lifecycle process from development through final approval. Attention to detail, organization, and timely processing are essential in this role.
Receiving & Inspection
Monitor the drop-off and TOP rack areas regularly (every 20 minutes, if possible) to collect incoming samples.
Flag and reject samples with discrepancies (e.g., mismatched PO tags or incorrect sizes).
Separate PD, women's, Men's and kids' samples.
Sorting, Tagging & Labeling
Sort incoming merchandise based on category, gender, and intended use.
Apply appropriate web labels (Studio/Library) with accuracy.
Remove outdated stickers or incorrect labels from hangers and bags.
Tag and label items properly to allow easy use by other departments (e.g., Studio, Library, E-commerce, Photography).
Bag and re-bag samples as required to keep them clean, organized, and trackable.
Hanging & Organization
Hang samples by size, category, and color group, maintaining consistent organization.
Keep sample racks, tables, and surrounding areas clean and clutter-free.
Coordinate samples into designated racks once areas are full.
Properly manage polybag handling to prevent label damage.
Accessory Handling
Sort and place accessories in the appropriate storage area (not receiving bins).
Confirm correct gender categorization before submission.
Follow vendor requirements (e.g., two pieces per accessory style).
Special Categories
Follow specific instructions for lingerie, denim, bottoms, and special sizing (e.g., 1X, Size 3, etc.).
Ensure correct labeling and storage practices by category.
Tracking & Follow-Up
Ensure all samples are scanned, tracked, and recorded in the system accurately.
Maintain separation of samples by date and label racks accordingly.
Communicate with supervisors when receiving issues or uncertainties arise.
General Support Duties
Provide support across various departments by performing tasks as required, including but not limited to sorting, organizing, preparing merchandise, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally with proven success supporting Fashion and Creative divisions.
Able to lead and influence the recruiting process, engaging hiring managers as active participants in securing top talent.
Strong expertise using AI recruiting platforms, ATS systems, and advanced sourcing technologies
Demonstrated excellence and passion for delivering a best in class candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
Marketing oriented approach to sourcing, leveraging creative and innovative strategies beyond traditional postings or InMails to build talent pipelines.
Proven ability to drive results, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual hiring goals.
Strong focus on candidate experience, hiring manager partnership, and recruiting funnel metrics, ensuring consistent success and quality of hire.
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience.
Fluency in English required; additional language proficiency is a plus.

Overview of the Design Studio Specialist role
You will inspire customers to express themselves in their home. You will bring the shopping experience to a seamless close as you assist customers and complete sales at the cash wrap. You will promote continued customer engagement and give customers a reason to stay connected with our Brand.
Responsibilities
* Utilize design expertise to assist clients in one on one consultations in the store and in-home regarding the design of their living spaces to drive store sales
* Perform productive in-home consultations including the ability to accurately measure and assess the client's living space
* Create and present design plans based on client's needs, style, preferences and living space
* Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions in order to achieve and exceed established sales and productivity goals
* Utilizing exemplary World class service standards assist customers with special services including: gift wrap, gift registry, locating merchandise, catalog/internet orders, special orders, back orders, charge sends, courier deliveries, and furniture orders
* Demonstrate superior product knowledge, including features and benefits of the entire design studio assortment
Criteria
* Strong communication, clienteling and customer follow-up skills
* Ability to complete and coordinate complex large orders within a variety of sales channels
* Experience in working with the elements of design preferred
* Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience, (specialty retail preferred, but not required)
Physical Requirements
* Must be able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
* Must be able to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
* Full time associates are expected to have open availability to meet the needs of the business.
* Part-Time Flex associates must be available to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend (Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday) and two during the week (Monday to Thursday). For an associate to be scheduled 20 hours or more weekly, greater availability (beyond the minimum required above) that meets the needs of the business will be required. Weekend availability cannot fall on the same day; an associate must be available on two separate days (Friday and Saturday, Friday and Sunday or Saturday and Sunday).
