Artur Bergman has served as the Chief Architect and Executive Chairperson and Chairperson of the Board of Directors since February 2020. He served as our CEO from Fastly’s founding in March 2011 until February 2020. From September 2007 to June 2011, Mr. Bergman served as Manager, Vice President, then Chief Technology Officer of Wikia, Inc., a global community knowledge-sharing platform. From November 2005 to March 2007, Mr. Bergman served as Engineering Manager for SixApart, a social networking service. From the second half of 2003 to August 2005, Mr. Bergman served as Engineering Manager of Fotango, Ltd., a subsidiary of Canon Europe.

Joshua Bixby has served as our CEO since February 2020 and served as our President from May 2017 to February 2020. He has been on the executive leadership team at Fastly since December 2015 and served in a part-time advisory role since 2013. From February 2013 to August 2013, Mr. Bixby served as Vice President of Acceleration at Radware Ltd., a cybersecurity and application delivery solutions company. Mr. Bixby served as President and co-founder of Strangeloop Networks, a web application acceleration solutions company, from June 2006 until its acquisition by Radware in February 2013. From October 2002 to April 2006, Mr. Bixby was a co-founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of IronPoint Technology, Inc., a content management software solutions company. Mr. Bixby is the founder of Stanley Park Ventures, an early stage foundry based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Mr. Bixby earned his B.A. in Management and Business Economics from the University of Toronto.

Tyler McMullen is CTO at Fastly, the leading edge cloud platform, where he is responsible for evolving the system architecture and the company’s technology vision. He leads a team of experienced technology innovators focused on internet scale, and working on future-facing, ambitious projects and standards. As part of the founding team at Fastly, Tyler built the first versions of Fastly’s Instant Purging system, API, and Real-time Analytics. Prior to joining Fastly, Tyler worked on large scale web applications, text analysis, and performance. He can be found debating about edge computing, networking, and distributed systems all over the world.

As a Data Driven Technology Industry Leader, I have been successful motivating teams, managing complex transactions, effectively communicating and implementing strategies and delivering enterprise technology across geographies, industries, partners and customers. As a Senior Executive I have an enduring track record in software, hardware, cloud and services. I have assembled and managed highly productive world-class organizations to exceed targets across a variety of sales and business operations measurements.

Doniel Sutton is the Chief People Officer at Fastly. She is a values-driven human resources executive who brings more than 20 years of strategic and global human resources leadership experience at Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, including PayPal, Prudential, Bank of America, and Honeywell. Her career has been hallmarked by partnering with business executives to transform organizations, implement new business models, design and execute global people strategies.

She formerly served as SVP of People for PayPal, overseeing all aspects of human resource functions for the company’s global workforce of more than 20k employees. Among her crowning career achievements includes being recognized by Black Enterprise in 2017 as one of the 300 Most Powerful Executives in Corporate America and being awarded the 2018 American Business Award’s Bronze “Stevie” HR Executive of the Year.
