Senior Accountant We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Accounting team. In this role, you'll support lease accounting. You'll play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records through journal entries, reconciliations, and KPI updates with an emphasis on SOX-compliant processes and cross-functional coordination.

What You'll Do:
* Own and execute full-cycle lease accounting including: review quarterly IBR rate, review new or amended contracts, assess portfolio for impairment triggers, review agreements for embedded leases, input leases into subledger system, generate and post lease entries, assess and record lease accruals, review subtenant billing, prepare variance analysis, prepare lease disclosures, and partner with FP&A on Budget vs Actual analysis
* Update key accounting metrics and support KPI tracking during month-end close
* Collaborate with Facilities and Global Network Infrastructure teams to resolve issues and ensure accuracy
* Proactively communicate task status, escalate issues as needed, and follow through on deliverables
* Support additional accounting tasks and evolving team needs as assigned - this role will grow over time, and flexibility to take on new responsibilities is key
What We're Looking For:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
* 3-5+ years of experience in corporate or public accounting
* Familiarity with global accounting operations and U.S. GAAP (ASC 842)
* Detail-oriented, well-organized, and dependable
* Strong Excel skills (XLOOKUP, pivot tables)
* Able to work independently with general direction and communicate effectively across teams
* Comfortable taking ownership of tasks, asking thoughtful questions, and seeing work through to completion
