In June, 2015, Keith Newton rejoined Concentra as president and chief executive officer. He was president and chief operating officer of the organization from 2007 to 2011 after serving in key management and operational roles. Keith’s most recent experience (2011 to 2015) was as president and chief executive officer of DentalOne Partners. From 1995 to 1999, Keith helped direct the operations of OccuSystems, Inc. one of the companies that merged to form Concentra in 1997, and from 1999 to 2007, he served as president of Concentra's former Health Services division. Prior to joining Concentra in 1995, he worked for Columbia HCA’s Ambulatory Surgery Division and its predecessor Medical Care International. Keith earned his BBA in accounting from Texas A&M University.

She is senior manager with extensive clinical leadership, strategic and operational management experience working in both the not for profit and public health sector. She is experienced in working in international settings and have been on multiple government delegations to United Nations meetings. Jackie is a registered comprehensive nurse with her over twenty years' clinical experience across a number of specialties. She has held service manager positions in two district health boards and moved to the not for profit sector in 2004. She was a regional manager and then national operations manager of the clinical services for Family Planning. In 2006 six she was appointed as the the Chief Executive of Family Planning New Zealand. Jackie has completed the Institute of Directors Company Directors course and has governance experience in the not for profit sector in New Zealand and internationally.
