    Site Support Mission Statement: Father Bill's & MainSpring is committed to ending and preventing homelessness in Southern Massachusetts with programs that provide emergency and permanent housing and help people obtain skills, jobs, housing, and services. We help people who are struggling with homelessness or are at risk of homelessness to achieve self-sufficiency. Father Bill's & MainSpring is a growing and dynamic social service agency with particular expertise in emergency and permanent housing, job training and placement, and prevention services for individuals and families in need. Over the next five years, our strategic focus includes an increase in affordable, permanent supportive housing, a more efficient model of care for families experiencing homelessness, commitment to an enhanced delivery model to reduce the need for shelter, and improved community relations in order to achieve these goals. Position Summary : Site Support is a part-time or full-time position reporting to the Property Coordinator. This position provides support to the properties and the day-to-day operations of the 107-unit SSFES program. Attention to detail, good organization skills, and a basic understanding of health and safety procedures are a must. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and 1-3 years of related experience. Essential Responsibilities: Assist with regular inspections of the SSFES units in an effort to provide all families with safe and clean temporary living space and meet Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) contract goals. Report to supervisor with any damages or violations of properties, to ensure all properties meet DHCD contact goals and Shelter Rules are being followed. Assist in the turn-over of SSFES units to accept new families within the contracted time-frame. Deliver letters and notices to program participants Complete small repairs and/or cleaning projects to facilitate speedy turn-over of all SSFES units Ensure that each vacant SSFES unit is provided with new materials and goods needed for basic living before families are placed Assist in management of the Maintenance Hotline by reviewing the hotline messages daily Resolve lock-out issues with families in the SSFES program as needed Maintain strong communication with other SSFES staff Assist with other miscellaneous projects as needed Skills & Competencies: Empathy: An understanding and empathy for those dealing with homelessness and related issues. Under the general supervision of the Program Manager the Medication Specialist is responsible for the oversight, storage, and coordination of self-administration of medication. WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAY TO DAY: Observe and support residents in taking medications as prescribed. Directly connect residents with providers and prescribers to initiate or continue medications. Work with pharmacies and providers to coordinate refills and prevent interruptions in treatment. Assist with lab samples and facilitate provider communication as needed. Monitor medication adherence and notify Program Director, Clinical Director, or designee of any concerns. Maintain accurate records of medications stored, administered, returned, or disposed of. Track medications in the possession of residents and the program, ensuring proper custody. Ensure safe return or release of medications at discharge. Dispose of expired or discontinued medications in compliance with BSAS, state, and federal regulations. Witness and document medication disposal on a regular schedule. Ensure the medication refrigerator is in working condition and temperatures are recorded daily. Check and replace expired facility-supplied medications, including first aid kits and naloxone (Narcan) rescue kits. Maintain and organize the medication storage area. Stock the medication room with required supplies (cups, counting trays, spatulas, etc.) and ensure supplies are cleaned regularly. Orient new residents to the program's medication policies and procedures. Coordinate annual naloxone training for staff and ongoing education on medication management, including scheduling external trainers as needed. Document all medication-related activities accurately and timely. Report medication errors, incidents, or concerns to supervisors and regulatory authorities (BSAS and others) as required. Participate in audits, compliance reviews, and technical assistance provided by BSAS or partner agencies. WHAT YOU MUST HAVE: Minimum of high school diploma or GED. Minimum of 2 years of experience in substance abuse treatment. Medical assistant certification or MAP Certified Must be able to successfully pass a CORI/Background records check. Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of building exteriors, including sidewalks, porches, and parking areas. Supplements contracted landscaping and snow removal services. Clean and maintain walkways, entrances, parking areas, and grounds. Remove litter, debris, and hazardous items from the grounds. Maintain landscaped areas, weeding, trimming, pruning, raking, and planting. Snow removal and ice control during winter months. Cleaning and Light Maintenance: Clean and sanitize common areas such as entryways, hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms, and lobbies. Prepare units for move-ins and clean units after move-outs according to organizational standards. Sweep, mop, vacuum, wash windows, and remove trash and debris from indoor and outdoor areas. The Clinical Manager of the men's Residential Rehabilitation Services (RRS) program is responsible for providing clinical supervision to the RRS program staff. This position is responsible for reviewing and participating in treatment planning and follow-up with client care services. The qualified candidate must have team-building and leadership skills, management experience, substantial training in the treatment of mental health and substance use disorders, a dependable work ethic, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize. WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAY TO DAY: Works in collaboration with the Program Manager and provides clinical supervision and leadership of designated staff. Responsible for oversight and assisting RRS program staff with treatment planning, patient assessments, and staff development of evidence-based practices and psychosocial approaches. Assists Program Manager with developing a strategic plan to implement a comprehensive mental health and substance use treatment program. Assists with developing the policies and procedures that will support the program and reflect the agency's philosophy and objectives. Works in collaboration with the Program Manager and Business Department to ensure all program standards are met to maintain licensure by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, compliance with BSAS Standards of Care, CARF Behavioral Health accreditation, and the standards set by the VA. Assists with establishing a Medication Management Team and the processes by which they will support clients. Increases education, screening, care coordination, risk reduction interventions, and counseling for patients with or at risk of HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C, and other diseases associated with opioid use disorders. Provides required documentation and timely reports (including narratives and data reports) as needed. Along with the Program Manager, assists with facilitating staff meetings and assists with staff recruitment efforts. Responsible for maintaining minimum clinical staffing 24/7 in order to assure client safety and adherence to state licensing requirements, including all critical staff on all shifts. Also, maintains a strict policy and practice of non-abandonment of client care and acts as the final line of coverage in the event of unavailability of replacement staff.
