Father Joe's Villages CEO and leadership

Bill Bolstad first began with Father Joe’s Villages in the fall of 2000 and since that time, has served in a variety of roles at the agency. In his current capacity as the Chief Operating Officer, Bill has responsibility for a variety of areas including programs, fundraising, marketing and communications, and community and government relations. He is also responsible for Turning the Key, the organization’s initiative to develop 2,000 units of affordable and supportive housing for those experiencing homelessness. During his career, Bill has worked for both for profit companies and non-profit agencies. His background includes experience in project management, entitlements, feasibility and financial analysis, real estate development, community relations, and capital grant writing. Bill represents the agency with various local community groups and boards. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of San Diego and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In his off hours, Bill is an active member of his Parish and enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.

Jeffrey Norris is a Chief Medical Officer at Father Joe s Villages, Board Member at Health Center Partners of Southern California, and Board Member and Clinician Committee Chair at Integrated Health Partners and is based in San Diego, California. He has worked as Committee Member, Exercise is Medicine at American College of Sports Medicine; Laboratory Aide at University of Utah Health; and Lead Organizer, Health Science Student Council at University of Utah Health. Jeffrey attended Rowland Hall St Marks School between 2000 and 2003, University of Wisconsin Madison between 2003 and 2006, and University of Utah School of Medicine between 2007 and 2012.
