As a Delivery Specialist, you will assist customers with the technology involved with their new purchase! In this position, you will work directly with our customers to explain and demonstrate the different options and technology available on Subaru products, as well as take them on test drives and help them with the technology. Many of our customers research our products and services online, so we are looking specifically for candidates that are comfortable working with different levels of technology to help engage new customers and retain current customers. You will be responsible for interfacing with customers before, during and after purchase, so we are looking for candidates with great customer service skills! This position is paid hourly plus commission.
The typical schedule for a Delivery Specialist is Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week.

As an Automotive Collision Estimator, it is your job to appraise vehicle damage to determine the cost of repair for insurance claim settlements. As a Lot Attendant, the majority of your day will consist of interacting with customers and moving vehicles around the lot. As an Automotive Technician/Mechanic, it is your job to inspect, maintain and repair vehicles in a timely, efficient manner. Service Technicians use diagnostic tools to identify the source of the problems and then make the necessary adjustments or repairs. As an Automotive Collision Estimator, it is your job to appraise vehicle damage to determine the cost of repair for insurance claim settlements. This includes inspecting and testing automobiles by using mechanical testing devices, questioning customers about the vehicle's performance or by visual inspection of the vehicle. The Estimator also prepares itemized work orders, listing the cost of parts and labor. You will pair up with a customer service representative who does all the correspondence with the customer - you just write the estimates! Automotive Collision Estimator Requirements
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a clean, valid driver's license
High School Diploma or equivalent
PA State Appraiser License is REQUIRED

Selected candidate must be able to perform all job functions, including: bending, standing, lifting, and reaching
Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and insurance claim procedures

As a Detailer, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing new, used and serviced vehicles for our customers! The detailer washes, buffs and waxes the exterior of the vehicle. You will use vacuums and other cleaning agents to clean the upholstery, rugs and other surfaces inside of the vehicle. The detailer also cleans the engine and engine compartments to remove grease and grime. When not detailing a vehicle, other tasks may include fueling cars, cleaning the shop and moving vehicle inventory as needed. Ensure every vehicle is handed to the customer in excellent condition so that every customer leaves satisfied! You will also assist the painters in the collision center as well as do some buffing work.

As a Lot Attendant, the majority of your day will consist of interacting with customers and moving vehicles around the lot. As new cars are delivered to the dealership, the Lot Attendant confirms the receipt and compares the serial numbers against the invoices. Your main role will be to park/retrieve vehicles for sales and service customers, organize vehicles around the lot and manage the customer parking area. As a Body Shop Technician, you will be tasked with evaluating collision damage and performing body repair on vehicles. This process begins with testing and checking vehicles to determine the amount of structural, body, mechanical and interior damage. You will also work with the estimator to determine the cost of the repair. Repairs to the vehicle may include straightening bent bodies, replacing body parts, removing dents and damaged panels and refinishing the metal using a variety of tools.
