The Prepress Graphics Specialist is accountable for all tasks/duties described in this job description as well as other assignments as directed by the Department Manager and/or Plant Manager. The Prepress Graphics Specialist sets the foundation for successful printing production. They ensure that the proper format, appearance and layout is set before the full print run is completed. You must have successfully completed the role of Prepress Graphics Specialist 1 or had previous similar work experience, prior to being considered for this role.
Primary Responsibilities include:
Regular and predictable attendance, including logging in and out of time worked
Complies with all company and safety policies and procedures
Convert supplied files and or use supplied instructions to create final proof files.
Applies trap and minimum print specifications to files
Outputs hard copy or PDF proofs.
Convert approved proof files to final stepped files for plate output
Utilizes PPMS to complete Evaluations and Job Tasks, communicate directions in Comments and Set Up Notes
Set up complex art files, which may include combination print processes and specialty requirements.
Create new tooling files
Color manipulation and color correction
Complete Evaluations on separator/customer supplied art files
Proofread finished files, including the completion of QA checklist
Interacts with Customer Account Representatives or Label Engineering concerning job specifications or special requirements
Additional Responsibilities (less than 50% of time):
Interact directly with the customer or graphics separator concerning questions, feedback on specifications, etc.
May assist in maintaining/coordinating the management of front-end workflows and process templates when changes are required
May assist in research and development of new technology
May perform routine maintenance/coordinate the management of computers and equipment
May Assist in/coordinate the management of overseeing and maintaining color management processes, including equipment, software, create color profiles and procedures
Participate in continuous improvement / Kaizen teams.

Job Requirements
The requirements for the job are as follows:
HS Diploma or GED is required; College degree strongly preferred, ideally related to the printing industry
Minimum 1-3 years experience print manufacturing environment.
Technical expertise required in the plant specific printing processes.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into actionable tasks.
Intimate knowledge in preparing / planning artwork for high-volume printing.
Knowledge of color separations, press layouts, print specifications
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Radius job management software experience is a plus.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
Self-starter with strong organizational and planning skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Coding Audit and Validation
* Review a sample of coded outpatient records including:
o Emergency Department (ED)

Job Title: Manager - Early Out
Reports To: Operations Director
Shift: M-F 8am-5pm EST
Position Overview: The Early Out Manager is responsible for leading and supervising a team of Early-Out Representatives, both remote and onsite. This role ensures operational efficiency, employee performance, and quality assurance across the department. The Manager will maintain accurate employee records, monitor productivity, and collaborate closely with internal and client-facing teams to meet performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily oversight and direction for departmental operations
Manage account inventory and deliver daily/weekly reports to the Operations Director
Monitor and support staff training initiatives
Step in to cover responsibilities during staff absences or periods of high call volume
Coordinate overtime schedules as needed to meet workload demands
Document and report disciplinary issues to the Operations Director and Human Resources
Conduct quality assurance activities including account audits, productivity reviews, and performance evaluations
Collaborate with the Client Services Manager to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and inventory flows efficiently through the revenue cycle
Uphold company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook and Code of Conduct
Actively participate in the Corporate Compliance Program
Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Proven experience with Epic Systems
Strong understanding of patient accounting processes
Background in Early-Out and Healthcare Collections
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of staff and clients
Professional demeanor with a commitment to courteous and respectful conduct
Proficiency in personal computer use and related software
Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving ability, and creativity in task execution
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Willingness to travel as needed

Job Description: is based out of our Bardstown, KY bottling location. What the Role Is The Electrical Controls Technician will serve as the expert in the development of manufacturing and material handling systems involving programming, machine controls, and troubleshooting with a specific focus on high quality products, employee involvement, continuous improvement and profitability.
The Electrical Controls Technician will work closely with production, maintenance and engineering teams to support new and improved processes.
The Technician will provide support for distilling operations, bottling operations, and automated warehousing operations.
Position will predominately be scheduled to work first shift, but depending on organizational needs, coverage occasionally may be required for evening shifts and weekends.
How You Will Spend Your Time? Identify, develop, and implement electrical control systems and modifications for a wide variety of manufacturing production equipment.
This will include distillery operations, material handling systems, and bottling operations.
Programming of PLC machine controls including but not limited to Allen Bradley, Allen Bradley Panelview, Panelview Plus, HMI's, and Schneider Electric HMI's Troubleshoot and repair controls on production equipment in a timely manner Provide electrical control support to production equipment and processes Consult, develop, and train Industrial Maintenance Technicians and Apprentices' in electrical and electronic applications including robotics, conduit and electrical wiring, control wiring, relay logic, ladder logic, motor controls, PLC troubleshooting, panel-view troubleshooting, OEM operator interface modules and AC/DC motor troubleshooting Prioritize repair efforts to minimize impact on production downtime when faced with multiple equipment issues Ensure safety compliance to OSHA and company guidelines Who You Are… Required Skills and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, or other related discipline.
Equivalent industry experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
Minimum 3 years' experience in Electrical, Electronics, Controls/Industrial Automation, Computer Programming, and/or System MaintenanceAdvanced proficiency with PLC programming and troubleshooting applications Experience with network setup and troubleshooting and virtual machine familiarity Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics Technical - Electrical and Controls Experience with the following: (1) Allen-Bradley ControlLogix5000 Hardware (2) Allen-Bradley ControlLogix5000 Ladder Logic Programming (3) RSview (Factory Talk) HMI (4) DeviceNet (5) Ethernet (6) Allen-Bradley Powerflex40 VFD's (7) 480V 3 Phase Power (8) Control System Diagrams and Schematics (9) Material Handling EquipmentKnowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance Ability to identify complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions Uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems Considers the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one Strong communication skills for interaction with all levels of the organization Strong teamwork approach with employees and other departments Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills Good project management skills and ability to organize multiple projects Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft Office and PLC applications Valued but not Required Skills and Experience:Previous experience in a distilled spirits industry Physical Requirements The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
