George & Lynch, Inc. is hiring for a CFO for an infrastructure construction company with headquarters in Dover, DE. Our company, a leader in its industry for 100 years with a great product and an exceptional track record, is seeking a hands-on, strategic, and highly collaborative Chief Financial Officer. George & Lynch, Inc. is held by a parent company which is an ESOP with other holdings. One of those is a mature full-service plumbing company. George & Lynch, Inc. manages the accounting and financial reporting for this entity, Harry Caswell LLC. Other holdings include 50% ownership of two separate hot mix asphalt manufacturing partnerships. The accounting and financial reporting of both partnerships is managed by the other partners, respectively. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will serve as a valued executive leader responsible for the entire financial health of the organization, managing our current phase of tremendous growth.
This is a key leadership role for a true people person who can mentor a small, dedicated finance and accounting team while serving as a strategic partner to the ownership and executive team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Leads preparation of ongoing required financial statements and operating reports ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and maintain annual budgets and multi-year forecast and perform analysis of budget/forecast variances and financial trends.
Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state, and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
Monitor financial covenants of in debt agreements, prepare quarterly compliance reports, and maintain current lender relationships.
Responsible for daily cash activities and capital distributions.
Manage annual financial audit which includes developing audit schedule, ensuring required documentation is prepared in a timely manner, and interacting with the auditors.
Present financials to Board on a quarterly basis.
Partner with other leaders at George & Lynch, Inc. to develop and implement process improvements and new technologies to create a more efficient accounting department.
Support controller of Harry Caswell LLC as needed.
Communicate with peers at HMA partnerships regarding AP, AR, cashflow, and financial reporting.
Evaluate potential acquisitions and assist with integration if one is completed.
Partners with CEO to develop and implement goals, policies, priorities, financial strategy, linked metrics, and procedures in regards to financial and operational management including budgeting and accounting.
Oversees and ensures timely and accurate processing of transactions and accounting data and ensures legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions.
Oversees various DOL, IRS, 401(k), and ESOP compliance regulations.
Leads the coordination with CPA firm of preparation of external audit materials, external GAAP financial reporting, and all tax compliance and reporting.
Responsible for monthly business review package, and ownership and delivery of monthly reporting package to Board.
Preparation/analysis of daily/weekly/monthly reports of key financial and operational metric trends.
Initiates and optimizes appropriate strategies to enhance cashflow and working capital positions.
Assesses organizational performance against budgets with functional leaders and management team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MSc/MBA preferred)
Proven CFO, VP of Finance, or senior financial leadership experience
Strong construction accounting experience required
Expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and strategic problem-solving

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? This is an entry level Personal Trust Officer position, responsible for administering personal trust accounts such as testamentary/intervivos trusts, foundations and agency accounts in accordance with terms specified in the trust instrument. Under general guidance from the trust team, opens and maintains estates, trusts, agency accounts and guardianships. Become familiar with the governing document to interpret terms, responsibilities and duties of the Bank. Receive guidance in understanding provisions of the documents and strategies associated with the assigned accounts. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to help execute day to day administrative functions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of account activity by reviewing various reports. Seek guidance on tax and administration issues.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* For Trusts where CNB is trustee, reviews and revises paperwork from sales team (e.g., agreements, fee schedules, transfer proxies, receipt of assets, ensure accurate cost basis and tax acquisition dates, obtain any missing information and signatures, etc.). Make corrections and additions to ensure accuracy.
* Prepare new account paperwork, as required.
* Analyze anticipated income to insure sufficient cash is maintained to meet beneficiary distributions, banks fees, trust bills, etc.
* Obtain missing documents from clients.
* For Trust accounts, initiate annual administrative review of accounts. Review files for completed forms, codes, review payments and transactions and for accuracy. Review forms to ensure they are consistent with the Trust Document.
* Produce and review various tax reports for clients and intermediaries. Research tax deficiency notices. Pay estimated taxes and allocates tax payments between principal and income, file returns, and maintains tax calendars. Communicate with Tax Vendor and external intermediaries.
* Gather data for account reconciliation, ensuring distribution requirements are met for charitable trusts, computes distribution amounts for uni-trust accounts and reviews fee agreements between the bank, clients, and Co-Fiduciaries.
* Complete discretionary distribution requests. Submit formal requests to the Trust Officer for approval.
* Coordinate set up, tracking, and monitoring of personal property inventory; real estate, mineral, oil and gas, intellectual properties, and special financial assets. (i.e., notes, loans, partnerships, etc.)
* Provide client service by responding and researching client and colleague inquires by phone, email, and written communications.
* Respond to advisors and intermediaries regarding the administration and maintenance of accounts.
* Fields phone calls from clients and intermediaries.
* Review documents and responses to compliance department, audit and OCC inquiries after research is performed by TA.
* Gather information from clients for projects.
* Prepare draft correspondence letters and memos.
* Maintain new account logs.
* Follow appropriate Regulation 9 process.
* Maintain all appropriate training and continuing education requirements for both internal programs and external licenses and certifications.

**Responsibilities**
+ Provide model governance oversight in development of new models or modifications to existing models used for across the customer credit lifecycle, i.e. marketing through collections. Closely partner with data science team and provide guidance on leading model risk management practices.
+ Provide model governance oversight over CECL and loss models and write model governance reports for distribution to audit agencies.
+ Performs independent challenges to models and identifies model weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
+ Ensure that modeling specifications and constructsadhere to defined mathematical, statistical & industry standards
+ Participates in hands on model validation & monitoring is on a periodic basis and evaluates whether validations and other reviews performed by the model governance team, business or third parties follow the requirements set forth in the MRM Policy.
+ Periodically assess models and business strategies for Fair lending risk by developing and/or enhancing quantitative fair lending framework across different products.
+ Assess new statistical techniques of identifying fair lending risk (disparate impact/treatment) that is both intuitive and statistically sound to measure up to regulator scrutiny.
**Qualifications:**
+ Masters in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Operations research or Statistics.
+ Advanced knowledge of statistical and machine learning methods, techniques, formulas, and tests.
+ 7 years' progressive experience in consumer credit industry
+ 4 years of progressive experience in Model Risk Management
+ Solid knowledge of key econometric and statistical techniques (i.e., predictive modeling, various regressions, decision trees, and data mining methods.

In this role, you will lead, develop, and design multi-channel frameworks and monthly processes to choose investments that are either the best from a CPL standpoint or need investments for strategic reasons. With a client base of 17, we handle approximately $2.7 trillion in assets across 250,000 positions. At the heart of our outsourced services are the functional teams that support our clients' portfolios, assets, and transactions daily.
The OPS Cash Operations team is a core group within Tech & Ops of dedicated professionals who are essential to the investment process by ensuring that all middle office clients' cash & position data are accurate for processes including investment management, analytics, compliance, and regulatory. Cash types include, but are not limited to, equities, fixed income, OTC derivative positions (swaps, swaptions, FXs, and synthetics) and collateral. The roles and responsibilities will include actively managing risk and exposure for our clients by ensuring the investment book of record is reconciled with external record holders daily. The role requires an understanding of the mechanics of the reconciliation process, exception management, client service, troubleshooting issues, driving innovative enhancements, data analysis, maintaining documentation, assisting management in leading
processes, and recommending improvements to ensure efficient and accurate processes.
Role Responsibilities:
Ensure reconciliations are successfully completed and troubleshoot any discrepancies
Review cash exceptions daily including researching differences and resolving them in an accurate and timely manner
Ensure accuracy of published cash figures
Data analysis enhancing transparency, decision drivers and efficiency
Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure issues are being appropriately reviewed and progressing to completion
Develop expertise around team control mechanisms and reporting
Identify and coordinate escalation of priority issues
Actively participate in all team meetings including review of key risk and process indicators
Understand and adhere to all regulatory requirements impacting the reconciliation process

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
+ Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in program or product management, with significant exposure to technology-driven environments and executive leadership.

**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Consultant to join our Wholesale Operations Data, Analytics and Reporting Team, specifically in support of Commercial Banking operations. This position entails using data analytic skills and methods to solve problems, create metrics and reports, perform analyses, provide feedback, and deliver insights to senior leaders to better run their business.
