I honestly can't think of any real pros to working here.
Absolutely HORRIBLE management. The top are nothing but a bunch of money grubs that know nothing and don't give a flying **** about the employees that actually do all the work. From the top (owner/CEO) all the way down to the floor supervisor and HR, they are nothing but liars. They will lie to you about anything and everything. Reviews and raises are pathetic and pushed back for MONTHS all to be told everything that was promised was a lie and then given a worthless 3% after you bust your butt to make the company millions. This company causes stress, they cause unhappy workers, they ruin any company moral, they have office people get on sites to write fake reviews, and they are toxic users of their floor workers. When you're "Owner/CEO" tells the company that no one will lose their jobs when he brings in these low life investors and then lays off almost half the company......yeah that really shows they care about their employees. They work certain employees like dogs, expecting them to do the job of multiple people while giving them garbage raises and showing just how unimportant their employees really are.
Clocking out and not having to deal with the place for 10-12 hours.
Absolutely nothing. The good ones got out while they could. The bad ones are here and doing a bang up job driving the company and any moral left in it straight into the ground.
Get rid of most if not all management and actually have a management team that cares about its employees, helps it's employees, and doesn't lie to it's employees.
Showed up on time, was presentable, showed I knew how to do the job. And got started off less than people with absolutely no machining experience whatsoever.....funny I had to even train them as they made more.
It's honestly sad. The only ones who get decent pay are the office "yes men" and the buddy buddy brown nosers. The rest get literally screwed anyway management can come up with.
If you are asking if it's all one race working here. All walks of life have worked here and still do.
The floor coworkers and clocking out to go home.
Clocking out and going home
The entire management team CEO, CTO, Operations Manager, Directors, HR Manager, Middle management. Most of the employees. Lots of racist jokes and ideas. Lots of comments about degrading women. No appreciation of the employees. They have something called the Flag program which is a joke. The previous owner misused PPE funds. upgrades around the business then he sold it. Also certain people got brand new BMW's at the same time.
No perks just more work put on you if you're a hard worker.
The CEO is a really good salesman. Apparently if forced his own sister to retire when he sold the company. He still holds the title but doesn't make the decisions. The actual CEO looks down at the floor employees, calls them the "help."
Do a complete termination of all management. Especially the few that got to keep their jobs after the company was bought by a group of investors.
Nothing really. Ate breakfast maybe.
They pay employees differently across the board. Basically the floor employees get the shaft in the in end, just check out the parking lot.
They're getting better with hiring other walks of life. But white males are the majority.
Hitting that time clock each day.
