Responsibilities and Duties
Core Distribution Center functions, including picking and packing orders using electronic devices and semi-automated or manual stations, auditing orders at the point of pack, processing labels for shipments, and sorting and receiving daily deliveries.
Ensuring all inventory locations are appropriately stocked daily and other inventory-related processes including but not limited to cycle counts, zone maintenance, inventory transferring, fielding and reconciling errors, and all daily replenishment and overstock needs.
Receiving and disposing of customer and vendor returns, reconditioning, and restocking new inventory.
Maintaining a safe, organized, and clean work environment

Key Responsibilities:
Provides expert guidance on European vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and part compatibility to customers
Assists with technical customer inquiries, such as validating part fitment, gathering technical information, and providing education on job-specific part recommendations.
Assists with error orders and troubleshooting job-specific replacements.

Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have a passion for European cars, including ownership experience and/or European car community engagement. Candidates will also have hands-on experience in car repair and be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of car parts and car repair.
1+ years of experience in Customer Service or technical support within an automotive company or parts retailer, with the ability to clearly and professionally explain complex technical concepts via phone, chat, and emails, is required.
Proficiency in computer use and comfort with technology and digital tools in a professional office setting are required.
Strong multitasking abilities and capable of handling multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

The Loader Operator will be responsible for moving and loading vehicles with a company-provided front-end loader or forklift. In addition, the Loader Operator will be required to maintain documentation of vehicle movement around the facility. Furthermore, the Loader Operator will be responsible for the daily pre and post-trip inspections and associated documentation of their assigned machine. In addition, the operator will maintain a safe work environment and be required to follow and be held accountable to company guidelines for safe loader operation. Finally, through a thorough understanding of Copart policy, the Loader Operator will facilitate the Copart experience by offering solutions to meet customers' needs.
Ensures equipment is maintained according to company standards and customer contracts.
Operates company equipment safely.
Assists with the maintenance of company equipment and vehicles.
Records vehicle information accurately and legibly.
Operates digital camera or other basic vehicle documentation and tracking devices.
Sets up yard for auctions within company timelines.
Provides service to customers as needed.
Maintains a positive and professional demeanor.
Follows yard guidelines to maintain a safe working environment (i.e. speed limits, etc.).
Must be able to load and unload vehicles as required.
Must be able to pass training and safety requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

At least two years of work experience, preferably in an outdoor environment.

Job Description

The salary range for this role is ($105,600 - $140,700). The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.

* Input accurate vehicle information into the AS400 computer using a handheld device for each vehicle received at the Auction including:
* Vehicle Identification number (VIN)
* Stock number
* Dealer identification number
* Make, model, year, mileage, color, options, etc.
* Affix barcode/stock number sticker on each vehicle received.
* Associate Tracker device to WO# and install on OBD port or strap 2nd generation tracker around steering wheel.
* Place work order numbers and routing labels on vehicles upon entry. Flag "no key" cars.
* Direct transporters to proper car drop zone. Report transport damage as needed.
* Take digital image of vehicle upon receipt.
* Provide proper sale identification windshield code to the person who is driving vehicle through the registration/check-in area.
* Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such.
* Work in cooperation with safety leadership in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
* Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor, i.e. assist on sale days driving vehicles through Auction sales lanes, etc.
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
* 1 - 3 years of auction and/or vehicle registration experience preferred.
* Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.

This position will provide a combination of manufacturing engineering and electrical controls engineering services for new production equipment and all aspects of manufacturing to ensure that world-class products are available to our customers. This person will work independently with minimal supervision for most of the activities with a strong reliance on experience and good organizational skills. This person will act as a specialist and work with all levels of the organization. This position exists to improve efficiency, fix programming and mechanical related issues in a timely manner to reduce/ eliminate the equipment downtime. Their work affects equipment, employees, work environment and process standards and specifications.
Responsibilities
* Assist new products team with determining requirements and cost estimates for machines that are built in-house and by outside suppliers. Ensure compliance of the GSS, Watertown machine specification for new acquisitions and retrofits.
* Designs, develops, tests, sources, cost justifies, and installs various tools, devices, modifications, fixturing, machinery and equipment for production to increase safety, throughput, quality, capacity, and reliability. Manage the completion of those projects from conception through evaluation, justification, purchase, and implementation.
* Lead projects, create timing plans, design control systems, create schematics, order components, write programs, debug machines and provide support after launch.
* Coordinate with all levels of the organization to meet project timing and budget
