Fears Nachawati Law Firm Leadership

Avani is the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and an attorney at Fears | Nachawati Law Firm. Throughout her 13 years with Fears | Nachawati, she has helped the firm grow to over 150 team members. Avani joined the firm as a legal assistant in 2008 and later expanded her role beyond legal work to assist with the business side of running a law firm. As Director of Operations, she managed all aspects of business operations including marketing, human resources, information technology, financial operations, client services, case management, among others. As COO, Avani manages the firm’s day-to-day operations and helps with developing and executing the firm’s growth strategies. She enjoys the problem-solving and strategy aspects of operations and law. Avani is passionate about helping clients and advocating for the rights of people and businesses who need fearless representation. A first-generation college graduate, Avani graduated from the University of Texas at Austin where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science and Honors in the Business Foundations Program. Avani then went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law. In her free time, Dallas-native Avani enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, experiencing new cultures and foods, spending time outdoors, and cheering on the Texas Longhorns and Dallas sports teams.

Sara Rahmani is a Chief People Officer at Fears Nachawati Law Firm and Sr. Director Talent Development and Engagement at DealerSocket Inc and is based in Dallas, Texas. She has worked as VP of People at Fears Nachawati Law Firm, Project Based Learning Instructional Coach at Duncanville ISD, and General Education Teacher at Grand Prairie ISD. Sara studied at University of Phoenix, Texas State University, and Walden University.
