RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the instruction of participants in At Your Services training using START curriculum through the American Hotel and Lodging Association and CWS proprietary Job Readiness Curriculum.
Assist with the development of written lesson plans based on the existing curriculum; update curriculum to ensure that skills being taught continue to meet the labor market demand.
Administer written and practical tests related to the curriculum.
Evaluate the student's progress in the AYS class including ability to comprehend, perform and retain information, report assessment to Case Managers, Training Instructors and Management Team.
Conduct assessments and relay feedback to the Workforce Development team regarding participant progress.
Support and mentor trainees utilizing a positive and encouraging approach.
Assist WFD with placement assistance including developing internship sites and employment-partnerships prior to and during job search.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education and Job Experience
Bachelor's degree in related field required.
A high degree of technical ability to relay information in a manner that provides a positive learning experience.
Ability to demonstrate concern and sensitivity towards program participants and their individual needs and learning styles while still providing consistent training and education for all students.
Effective at working with persons with disabilities and non-traditional students.
Five years of practical experience in the field of retail and/or hospitality.

As a QC Lab Technologist II you will perform advanced manufacturing, processing and test procedures on blood products, and will interpret test results before releasing blood to area hospitals. You will manufacture and prepare pathogen reduced platelet products for hospital patient use, in a highly regulated environment. Pay Information: $29.50 hourly rate plus shift differential pay for hours worked after 3:00 pm & all weekend hours ($2.25-$5.00 more per hour for this shift).
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
Bachelor's degree in an applied science with 1 year hematology-testing experience OR a MLT/MT certification or MLS degree.
Minimum 4 years of related experience in a regulatory, laboratory, or manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and related experience required for non-MLT/MT staff.
Must meet state and CLIA requirements where applicable.
Ability to use a wide variety of lab or medical equipment, personal computer and applicable software for sustained periods.
Ability to work with a team.

Pay Rate: $22.27/hour
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):
Associates degree OR a combination of education and work experience is required.
Minimum of one year customer service experience in public setting is required.
Physical requirements may include the ability to lift, push or pull heavy weights up and down ramps and stairs, good manual dexterity, the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and adapt to long, irregular hours and frequent schedule changes are required.
Basic computer skills are required. Must be proficient with Microsoft office applications.

As a Stock Warehouse Assistant in the kitting department, you will process supply totes that are used in the collection of blood products, and stock the kitting area with supplies from the warehouse, daily, to ensure consistent availability of blood collection totes

Assist with the receiving and shipment of totes to the sites we support
Assist and work with warehouse staff. Cross-train staff where possible to ensure department coverage

Inspect, verify and report discrepancies/damaged of materials and supplies against receiving documents. Store and stack materials to prescribed methods.
Fulfill daily customer orders, prepare transportation documents, deliver materials and supplies to end user and/or departments
Operate Power Industrial Trucks (PIT) such as electric pallet jacks and various forklift equipment.
May assist with systemwide electronic computer inventory management system data entry, reporting functions, and with electronic inventory reconciliation process.

Pay Information: $22.17 per hour .
Driving will be one of the main responsibilities of this position, so a valid driver's license is required. If selected for the position, an MVR will be included in the background check process.

Basic reading, writing, communications, and math skills required. Knowledge of general office procedures and practices is preferred.
May be required to be certified in forklift operation.

Requirements

Job Summary
The RBT is responsible to implement and adhere to structured behavioral plans, guidelines and interventions for the Residents living in a specialized Intense Behavioral Home. Follow a designated protocol for health and physician's orders and Applied Behavioral Analysis based plans and practices.

Significant data collection and interface with BCBA's on Behavior Plan efficacy

RBT Certification required.
