Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly referral targets. Represent Restore First Health at community events, professional meetings, and educational sessions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding experience and high-quality care delivery. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support business objectives. Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field preferred but not required. Significant relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree. Prior experience in healthcare sales or marketing, especially in wound care or acute care, strongly preferred. This dynamic role is responsible for managing rental accounts by delivering exceptional customer service, selling new products to our customers, driving account performance, completing deliveries and pickups, maintaining store standards, and conducting early-stage collections. This role supports sales growth and account health by building strong customer relationships while adhering to the RAC mission statement and core values.
