She studied at Georgia State University between 2010 and 2012 and Colorado State University between 2006 and 2010.

Steve Rosenberg is a Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and is based in Washington, D.C.. He has worked as Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company; Chief Data Officer, Wireline Competition Bureau at Federal Communications Commission (FCC); and Infrastructure Manager, National Broadband Plan at Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Steve studied at UCLA between 1990 and 1999, Columbia University until 1990, and Columbia Engineering between 1986 and 1990.

Bill Kang is a Deputy Division Chief at Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and is based in Washington, D.C.. He has worked as Emergency Management Specialist at BOOZ ALLEN HAMILTON HOLDING CORP, Deputy Director/ECC Administrator at Arlington County Office of Emergency Management/Emergency Communications, and Director at Fairfax County Department of Public Safety Communications. Chris Gibbons is a physician, health innovator and entrepreneur with a passion for digital health health innovation and diversity. He is currently The Chief Health Innovation Adviser for the Federal Communications Commission’s Connect2Health Task Force and the Founder & CEO of The Greystone Group, Inc., a health technology research, innovation and incubation company. Previously Dr. Gibbons was an Associate Director of the Johns Hopkins Urban Health Institute, and an Assistant Professor of Medicine, Public Health and Health Informatics at Johns Hopkins University where he currently remains as an adjunct assistant professor. He is a recognized health innovator, published author and international speaker who has authored over 75 scientific papers, books, book chapters and technical reports. Dr. Gibbons obtained his medical degree from the University of Alabama and then completed residency training in Preventive Medicine, a basic science research fellowship and a Master of Public Health degree all from Johns Hopkins.

Dana Shaffer is an Acting Deputy Chief, Federal Communications Commission, Office of Engineering and Technology at Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and is based in Nashville, Tennessee. She has worked as Vice President, Legal and Regulatory Affairs at XO Communications; Deputy Managing Director at Federal Communications Commission (FCC); and Deputy Bureau Chief and Chief of Staff, Wireless Telecommuncations Bureau at Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Dana attended Arkansas State University until 1988, University of Arkansas until 1987, and Vanderbilt University Law School until 1994.
