IgniteAction, a joint venture between ActioNet and IgniteIT is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technology Business Management (TBM) Analyst for to leverage their expertise in Apptio's platform to support financial management, IT operations, and strategic decision-making for mission-critical initiatives. The role will lead the migration of the Apptio application from an on-premise environment into AWS cloud while ensuring no impact to operations.
Responsibilities:
Implement and manage the Apptio TBM platform to drive cost transparency, financial analysis, and optimization of IT resources within AWS cloud.
Configure and maintain Apptio models, dashboards, and reporting tools to meet organizational needs within the on-premise environment until the application has been successfully migrated to the cloud.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve problems promptly to minimize downtime and ensure high availability of Apptio applications.

* Assist in coordinating projects through all phases of the Ellucian Implementation Methodology, from initiation through closeout.

This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless collaboration between the program and the back-office functions of the Joint Venture (JV) partners. The Business Manager will oversee contract modifications, customer satisfaction metrics, CPAR assessments, recruiting coordination, and financial reporting. Duties and Responsibilities:
