Primary Purpose
An entry-level to mid-level attorney responsible for providing full legal service to DER interconnection business clients under the supervision of a managing or supervising attorney. Carries out legal assignments, including research and preparation of contracts, memorandums of law, and providing general business support. May be required to draft witness testimony, motions and briefs for disputes. Will assist with resolving disputes between company and interconnection customers.
Primary Duties
Performs broad and moderately complex legal assignments that are varied. Assists more experienced attorneys in representing Exelon with business, legislative, regulatory and project support, to assist in resolving disputes between company and interconnection customers, and may assist with disputes, regulatory proceedings and/or relevant litigation. Advise clients with respect to all legal matters related to documents and customers interconnecting with utility electric system.
Responsible for developing an understanding of each interconnection team's client business and business philosophy and working with that client to remain compliant with laws and regulations, as well as being familiar with new laws and regulations.
Prepare and revise as necessary budgets and early matter assessments for all matters involving outside counsel.

Minimum Qualifications

Requires excellent legal research, analytical abilities and ongoing knowledge of federal and/or state law, regulations, and company tariffs as required by the position.
Must have the ability to communicate clearly - both orally and in writing; to read and analyze legal materials and other data; and to work in stressful conditions under time deadlines.

Scope: The Director of Procurement is a key member of the Finance team at the Sierra Club. Under the direct supervision of the Senior Director of Finance Operations, this role is responsible for establishing and leading a comprehensive and sustainable procurement function, including strategic sourcing and supplier management. This senior leadership position will build new procurement capabilities and infrastructure, with immediate priorities focused on developing comprehensive procurement guidance and modernizing the procure-to-pay process. In addition to working with the Finance team, this role will need to work closely with the Office of General Counsel and the Sierra Club Technology teams to ensure alignment in cross-functional initiatives.
This role will interface with a number of critical stakeholders across the organization - national departments, chapters, volunteers - using input and feedback from various perspectives to drive a coherent procurement philosophy that can be tailored to multiple audiences. While it is imperative that the Club have clear policies and guidelines, it is incumbent on this role to desire to understand the complexities of the organization to inform policies that will work in practice, not just in theory.
The role ensures cost-effective and timely acquisition of quality goods and services while driving value through strategic sourcing, innovation, and risk management. This position requires balancing operational excellence with the Club's commitment to environmental sustainability and ethical business practices, while leading critical technology implementation and process improvement initiatives.
Procurement Policy & Guidance Development
Conduct comprehensive organizational assessment of current procurement processes, practices, and pain points across all departments and chapters
Develop and publish updated procurement philosophy, manual, and comprehensive policy framework that establishes clear guidance for purchasing activities organization-wide
Communicate procurement policies and expectations clearly to diverse audiences including senior leadership, program staff, chapter leaders, and administrative personnel

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Public Administration, or related field required (or equivalent professional experience)
MBA, MPA, or Masters in other related or relevant field a plus
Professional procurement certifications (e.g., CPSM, CPPO, CIPS) strongly preferred
Experience
Minimum 10 years of progressive procurement and supply chain management experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Sr. Financial Analyst has the lead day-to-day responsibility for managing and controlling O&M and capital costs. This role will support accurate planning, reporting and analysis of operations. This position entails increased scope and complexity including fleet wide special projects. **Primary Purpose**
Provide functional application support to the finance community for the Oracle Cloud ERP or EPM applications. Serve as a system administrator and system configurator. Applications in scope include Actuals - GL, PPM, EDMCS, EPCM, FCCS, ARCS; Planning EPBCS Projects/Financials/Workforce, EPCM, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, PPM Program & Extension.

+ Provide application support for monthly book close or forecast/budget processes,.
+ Perform configuration management, test and implement system fixes, updates and enhancements by working closely with Exelon IT, Corporate Accounting and the Finance Community
+ Coordinate changes that impact other financial systems
+ Maintain required documentation to support Sarbanes Oxley/management controls and audit requests
+ Facilitate process improvement through use of technology
+ Respond to help desk tickets, data requests and perform special projects as assigned
+ Provide functional training support to the finance communities at Exelon.
**Job Scope**
The position is an application support role for Oracle Cloud applications, requiring knowledge of accounting orand consolidation financial planning systems and business processes. Requires the ability to do impact analysis on system change requests and the ability to analyze and diagnose system issues in an accurate and timely manner. This position interacts directly with accounting/finance and IT personnel, therefore strong communication skills and a customer service orientation are required. **Primary Purpose**
Exelon seeks an experienced energy regulatory attorney to represent Exelon and its six regulated utilities before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). The Assistant General Counsel - Exelon Utilities will focus primarily on electric regulatory issues (e.g., transmission development and policy, interconnection matters, and rate issues) and will also conduct work related to the utilities' retail natural gas utility business. This attorney will work on matters of substantial legal and policy importance, and represent the company externally with federal regulators and key stakeholders.
**Primary Duties**
Performs as a specialist in federal energy regulatory law (FERC electric and gas), providing legal counsel to Exelon and its Business Units.
Under little or no supervision, plans, and conducts legal assignments; evaluates legal and business risks and advises clients accordingly; and represents Exelon in regulatory proceedings, transactions, litigation, settlements and other relevant matters.
Represents Exelon in agency proceedings and/or relevant litigation
Interprets and applies organization policy according to law and regulations
Prepares, and revises as necessary, budgets and early matter assessments for all matters involving outside counsel
