Brad Norton is Co-Chairman of the Board and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Federal-Mogul Holdings LLC, and Chief Executive Officer, Federal-Mogul Motorparts. He was also elected to the Board of Managers of Federal-Mogul LLC. Prior to this appointment, Norton was Senior Vice President, Chassis & Service, Federal-Mogul Motorparts. Norton has more than 25 years of global automotive experience in both original equipment and the aftermarket. Prior to joining Federal-Mogul Motorparts in 2014, Norton was President and a board member of Freudenberg-NOK, the Americas joint venture between Freudenberg GmbH and NOK Corporation. Previously, he held a series of increasingly responsible leadership positions in operations, supply chain, commercial and organizational strategy with BorgWarner, Nissan North America, AlliedSignal and other companies. Norton earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Akron in Akron, Ohio, and a master’s degree in business administration from Ashland University in Ashland, Ohio.
