In this capacity, she partnered with the United States Department of Justice in the prosecution of these offenses. Ms. Jardini had extensive interaction with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, and testified in Congress on topics related to general enforcement policy and legislative proposals.

Previously, Ms. Jardini was a Federal Prosecutor who specialized in the investigation and prosecution of large-scale corporate financial crime.

Ms. Jardini has a juris doctor from the Villanova University School of Law, and a bachelor of arts in history and Spanish from Chatham College.
