She is best known for leading projects that create lasting meaningful change, and helping employees set and meet career enhancing goals.

Khatrina is a July 2017 graduate of the Federal Coaching Network (FCN) Program. She also completed the world renowned Cinnie Noble’s Conflict Management Coaching Training and Way to Go’s Leader as Coach training. She is a 2014 Excellence in Government (EIG) Fellow sponsored by Partnership for Public Service and served as an EIG co-coach in 2016. She has earned four degrees: a Master’s in Business Administration, Master’s in Information System, a Post- Baccalaureate degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public and Environmental Affairs. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, Associate Certified Coach and possesses a Project Management Professional certification. In addition, Khatrina has served as an adjunct professor for the University of Phoenix and Northern Virginia Community College.
