* Develop and maintain graphics and animations for ESG websites and other appropriate digital marketing tools. This includes designing web page templates, animations, and digital marketing tools such as 360 interactive product tours, etc. Cutaway artwork requires working alongside engineering to understand the functionality of ESG products and using that information to create cutaway illustrations and animations
* Manages electronic library of photos for Jetstream and monitors photos to be taken - new products, units with special options, outdated photos, etc., Collaborates with Marketing and Sales to stay informed of the availability of custom units
* Prepare and update company catalogs, brochures, and other company marketing material to provide the latest up-to-date products and solutions
* Plan and prepare marketing material and necessary exhibits required for Jetstream and attendance at industry Trade Shows. Travel to required shows, coordinate and/or assemble booth, attend and participate in Trade Shows, tear-down and package material for return to Jetstream. Travel is required, and some weekend travel or Show Attendance may be necessary
* Executes and coordinates production of product literature, product releases and product data sheets with Market Managers and Product Managers
* Works closely with Marketing Manager and other internal company contacts to understand requirements, help develop messaging and create cost efficient graphic designs through available mediums
* Purchases specialty promotional items in adherence to budget and plan that promote high visibility within distribution channel
* Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, managing time efficiently and meeting deadlines

The manufacturing engineer is responsible for ensuring maximum efficiency of our manufacturing processes. Essential Job Responsibilities:
* Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; conferring with equipment vendors
* Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout. This includes the design and implementation of Jigs and Fixtures.

Let's Talk about the Role
As the Warehouse Technician you will be responsible for inventorying, inspecting, testing, and timely completion of toolkits required for site project requests. You will update project schedules as appropriate when toolkits are complete and have passed inspection.
How You Will Make a Difference
Maintain housekeeping of warehouse to meet safety standards and follow all safety guidelines
Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure that each kit has the proper quantity and tools needed
Coordinate, label, and package all supplies that will be needed by the outages
Quality assurance check each kit at inventory completion as required
Ensure kit template and calibration certificate are enclosed if applicable
Timely completion of kit assembly to meet tool center schedule requirements
Perform quality control on kits on delivery, ensuring no missing or nonfunctional parts
Review inventory of tools returned from site to ensure all items are accounted for as outlined in inventory sheets
Complete visual and functional inspection of tools received from site to ensure all are in working condition
Clean, reorganize, and relabel all returned toolkits
Follow Standard Maintenance Protocols and tasks, and adhere to site safety, quality, company, and government requirements
Create and submit restock requests for replacement parts and tools
May use forklifts and container lifts to move, load, and unload toolkits
Complete required, annual safety training
Special Role Requirements:
Must be able to see and move throughout warehouse to resolve work problems and facilitate processes; repetitive motion activities may be involved.
Frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and squatting.

* Support as subject matter expert in the technology and liaise with other teams in the creation or modification of training content, delivery methods and other continuous improvement projects.

**Job Description**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Demonstrate superior product and industry knowledge and helps organization to gain the competitive edge.
+ Interacts with customers/stakeholders in VOC requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback.
+ Works with cross-functional teams to deliver features and major, complex products.
+ Possesses a deep understanding of the technology stack and impact on final product.
+ Routinely collaborates with UX, Architecture and engineering teams on multiple issues and decisions.
+ Conducts customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborates on personas.
+ Demonstrates expert persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between customer, product manager and engineering teams.
+ Owns the release and sprint backlogs short-term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases.
+ Owns and manages the backlog; continuously orders and prioritizes to ensure that 1-2 sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready.
+ Prioritize continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs.
+ Demonstrates strategic expert level skills in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through ambiguity.
+ Engages frequently (50% of the time) with the development team; facilitates discussions, provides clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions.
+ Translates unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work units.
+ Partners with Development Leadership to ensure healthy development process.
+ Mentors junior team members.
+ Provide technical leadership to TPMs across organization. Expert in Agile Methodology: Coaches others.
**Education Qualification**
+ Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 8 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 10 years of professional experience
+ Minimum 5 years of professional experience in technical product management.
+ Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience

Additional Information:
The base pay range for this position is $127,000 - $213,000 annually. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on January 9th, 2026.

If you are a Machinist looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you based in Pasadena, TX! You will be responsible for fabricating Fisher OEM control valve parts using a variety of machining techniques and equipment. You will also repair parts from the field, returning them to OEM specifications. You must be familiar with manual and CNC lathe and mill operations. Safety and Quality of work are key components to this position!
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Be responsible for personal safety and for the safety of others. Must maintain excellent housekeeping standards.
+ Set-up, indicate, and machine raw material (bar stock, forgings, and castings) to manufacture Fisher parts to OEM print dimensions.
+ Cross-train on all machines to prevent lapse in production flow including but not limited to engine lathes, manual drills, horizontal bandsaws, CNC lathes, VTLs, HBMs, and CNC mills.
+ Must understand material hardness, cutting tools, speeds and feeds, coolant requirements and machining techniques.
+ Interpret geometric dimensioning and tolerances (GD&T) per part drawings.
+ Potential for field assignments using in-line machine. Some travel may be required.
+ Adherence to all safety, quality, and environmental rules and regulations.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Mechanical related Associates degree or 7+ years of experience with machining and fabricating.
+ Minimum 5 years of full-cycle machining experience, including programming, setup, and operation of machines.
+ Working knowledge of CAD/CAM (MasterCam) & SolidWorks' modeling.
+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
+ Ability to use precision measuring instruments.
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relations skills are a must.
+ Legal authorization to work in the United States.
**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:**
+ Welding knowledge preferred.
+ Experience in the process control industry is a plus.
+ Knowledge of analyzing, evaluating, diagnosing, and resolving equipment and process related problems is strongly preferred.
