Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights. Ability to communicate effectively and work respectfully with residents and coworkers. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Three (3) years of experience in painting and building maintenance work. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of HUD housing standards and public housing environments preferred. Work Environment: Work is performed both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. May be exposed to paint fumes, dust, and chemicals. Requires standing, bending, climbing, and reaching for extended periods.
