Responsible for performing the clerical and administrative functions for any or all hub and station operational areas, including linehaul, quality assurance and customer service. Tends to damaged and incorrectly addressed packages in a timely manner to optimize delivery time. Serves as a customer's first line of contact for a variety of issues.

* Provides clerical support to various management and operational functions, including, but not limited to, photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing and answering telephone
* Reviews, researches and/or enters data in various systems to support respective functional area
* Compiles data and provides various regular and adhoc reports to management for review and determination
* Serves as frontline customer service to receive, solve and/or escalate customer inquiries and issues
* Assists management with Business Control Self Assessment (BCSA) audit activity by retrieving data and/or files for review

* Additional Quality Assurance/Loss Prevention essential functions:
* Supports ability for timely delivery and mitigates loss and damage by performing address searches/corrections through various sources and ensuring packages are in good condition for the customer
* Prioritizes workflow to maximize the number of packages that can be resolved and sent out for delivery in the same day
* Ensures all packages receive appropriate scan statuses. Inspects and handles hazardous material damages as per policy. Ensures all loose product is accounted for as per company policy
* Researches missing packages to understand the root cause of scanning failures and compiles information on disputed deliveries for management review
* Reviews and trends loss and damaged claims filed to identify improperly charged claims and brings to the attention of management
* Additional Linehaul essential functions:
* Reviews and enters all Independent Contractor (IC) settlement information into appropriate system to ensure proper payments. Enters settlement adjustments as directed by manager
* Compiles required documentation to establish and maintain Department of Transportation (DOT)-required files. Verifies timely log entry into system
* Enters all individual vehicle mileage record information into the system and works with ICs and Linehaul staff to rectify any issues
* Tracks a variety of metrics, including the IC charge back program, complaints and maintenance compliance and prepares weekly reports for management review
* Serves as initial contact to receive IC inquiries or issues relating to settlement, uniforms, decals, etc., to route to management for appropriate resolution
* Performs other duties as assigned.

* High School Diploma or GED required

* Four (4) years customer service, clerical or related experience required; experience in dock operations environment or distribution center setting preferred

Description
The Warehouse Support Rep II serves as a leadership position within the warehouse, with primary responsibility for assisting the Operations Support Specialist and ensuring the efficient operation of our Columbus facility. This role also provides coverage during staff absences, maintaining continuity across all warehouse functions and supporting team members as needed.
The schedule for this role is Monday- Friday, 2:30pm - 11:00pm EST with a 30 minute lunch and 40 working hours per week.
Responsibilities
Daily functions may consist of one or all the following:
Lead operations by ensuring freight being processed correctly, operation staffed appropriately and audit pieces for accuracy
Process freight on the floor as needed: loading & unloading trailers
Administrative Processing:
Create routing sheet within Beacon (ERP system) so operations is aware of what customers and which trucks will be processed
Set up the first truck for departure; involves paperwork preparation
Create labels as needed for specific customers
Create report itemizing piece count for the day, weight of line hauls, numbers of skids, etc.; ensure Induction and Branch ops reports are complete
Check TSD exception report to ensure no local trucks listed under the exceptions
Customs CCI and PARS process scanning and email
Beacon data entry
Train new hires and lead cross training between warehouse & office processing
Communication with internal departments (i.e., District Quality Service Managers & Customer Support) to ensure accurate freight processing, product track & trace, updates on issues, guidance on decision making with customers
Communicate with drivers & carriers to schedule pick-ups; on an as needed basis
Carry out other duties as appropriate and as assigned by his/her manager
Experience
Minimum 2 years of warehouse operations & freight processing experience
Knowledge of ERP systems

The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analyst (level 3) to support 777 Operations in Everett, Washington!
Successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and coaching skills that will further enable our business unit to embrace and elevate One BPS culture, tools and key performance indicators. Position Responsibilities:
Conduct compliance sweeps and generate reports to the Program, MVT administration.
Assist shops with projects and strategies to enable a compliant and FOD free product.
Assist shops in preparing for Internal and FAA audit and assist in resolution of any findings generated.
Develop strong working relationships with shop personnel from mechanics to senior leadership.
Work with 5S and Tool Champions.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
3+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives.
3+ years experience with QMS systems and/or BPS
3+ years manufacturing experience.
3+ years experience using Microsoft Office Products like Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
1+ years of experience working with the Boeing Problem Solving Model.
Strong data analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Basic knowledge of Boeings PRO and BPI
Shift:
This position is supports 2nd shift operations, so the hours are approximately 9:30AM to 6PM. There may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.

Job Summary
Cornerstone Systems is seeking an Intermodal-Account Coordinator for our corporate office located in Memphis, TN. The Account Coordinator, supporting the Intermodal Operations department, represents the core of our Company's operation as they are responsible for coordinating daily freight load movements on a national scale, while maintaining customer satisfaction in an extremely high-pressure, time-sensitive atmosphere. They are a motivated, self-starter able to manage multiple projects at once within a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with company SOPs, maintaining service excellence, and contributing to the growth of our customer and carrier network. While the following outlines the general responsibilities and requirements, it is not exhaustive, as flexibility and initiative are highly valued in this dynamic role.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Determine and secure most profitable equipment type including equipment requests
Schedule pick up appointments based on customer guidelines
Dispatch origin carrier
Perform rail billing and assign gate reservations when needed
Monitor and work Pre-ship and Origin tabs in Edge
Manage equipment pools, reconciliation, and reporting
Ensure loads are in gated in a timely manner
Enter all relevant information (arrival and departure times, notes, etc.)
Review and work active alerts in Edge
Communicate and enter carrier deductions if applicable
Review and process accessorials which occur at origin
Communicate with carriers, customers, and railroads
Schedule delivery appointments based on customer guidelines
Dispatch destination carrier
Monitor and work transit and destination tabs in Edge
Manage equipment pools, reconciliation, and reporting
Ensure termination of empty equipment in a timely manner
Enter all relevant information (arrival and departure times, notes, etc.)
Review and work all active alerts in Edge
Communicate and enter carrier deductions if applicable
Review and process accessorials which occur at destination
Review team emails, prioritize, and respond in a timely manner
Review and process accessorials incurred at destination
Run various reports which will assist in properly managing customer's loads
Provide problem resolution as needed
Identify trends or concerns with each customer and/or carrier and communicate to the team leader, manager and/or sales
Communicate any additional charges which could occur to the customer
Back up for other team members and/or team leader, as needed
Provide on-call coverage as assigned by team leader or supervisor

Regular and reliable attendance expected

Minimum Knowledge, Abilities and Skills Required
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Transportation, Logistics or related field preferred but not required.
3-5+ years of related work experience within transportation or logistics, and/or additional or specialized training in transportation, logistics, or similar area of study; working knowledge of intermodal transportation preferred, but not required
Cost management experience preferred, but not required
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
Must possess a strong sense of urgency
Strong negotiating skills
Must possess strong attention to detail
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and can work well under pressure

JOB PURPOSE
The Account Coordinator is responsible for the execution of day-to-day tasks for the accounts assigned to them and their team, maintaining daily contact with our customers and acting as the face of NTG to our customer operations teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the front-line resource to provide customer service on the assigned account(s)
Manage assigned account(s) load-board as it fits each account; ensure prompt build and activation of loads, proper load coverage, proactive customer communication with updates throughout transit, and provide proof of delivery to customers once the load has delivered
Monitor and manage account's building, scheduling, and tracking responsibilities

Maintain knowledge on NTG's service offerings to identify opportunities for modal and regional diversification with customer

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred but not required

Execute vendor management program, negotiate pricing for tires, parts and services when needed.
Create repair orders within Fleetio.
Work closely with other members of the maintenance department in strategic planning, organizing, and executing plans.
Communicate breakdowns, accidents, and incidents promptly to fellow coordinators, Operations, Safety, and Risk Management personnel
Receive and address incoming calls via pre-defined call queues.
Interact with digital communications from in cab devices.
Review and address email messages and take appropriate actions.
Access OEM websites to review action codes from units and take appropriate steps to resolve.
Maintain constant and concise communication with appropriate groups, including vendors, drivers and including various operational stakeholders, regarding status of repair decisions and related issues.
Ensure all DOT/FMCSA Regulations are followed to align with company standards.
Must be able to obtain and review repair estimates while scrutinizing the repair process to include the costs and authorize approved repairs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
A successful Breakdown Coordinator must consistently demonstrate the company's Mission and Values. They must have good oral and written communication skills in order to effectively interact with customers, drivers and other team members in person and on the telephone. They must be customer service-oriented as well as team-oriented and must have good organizational skills. A successful Breakdown Coordinator must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
