Pros of working at Feeding San Diego

The mission was right on. The funders/board were in it for the right reasons and did not micromanage. Early on there was a spirit of innovation and the team was solutions-oriented.

Cons of working at Feeding San Diego

Management only cared about fundraising. There was not nearly enough attention put on getting the word out to people who needed our services, nor to the community to understand the depth of the problem of hunger.

Feeding San Diego benefits

It was fun working in a warehouse and seeing food come in and almost immediately be redirected.
