Primary responsibility will be the preparation of Surrogate's Court petitions and related documents for the Probate or Administration of an Estate. Heavy client contact will be required to assist the attorneys in the department represent our clients in Estate Administration, Estate Planning and Elder Law matters. Additional responsibilities may include the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care proxies, other Surrogate's Court petitions, and guardianship applications.
